day into night . Grateful for everyday my sister in Haiti writes me. She’s my one true connect to something much bigger. My practice serves as something much more then just a workout…with every intention set a piece of me falls back into place to give back to the place that gave me life, art, adventure, love. Today I opened up my inbox to see what she wrote and it melted my heart.. . “my love when you see things come difficult don ’t affraid nothing sister only make god a faith.ok you understand me my love ok great” . 💛 (at The Seattle Bouldering Project)
