We're all damaged in our own ways, bumping through life in ways it's difficult to fathom. As children, as teenagers and even as adults.
However comes a time in life when we start mending and healing whatever we can, however we can.
Maybe finding our tribe is more about finding people who cause less harm and more healing. Maybe it's about just being and making someone feel seen, just the way they are. Making people feel they're enough in the moment.
One thing I still can't put my head around is how we can be unkind to others when we know how bad it hurts. Wouldn't and shouldn't just that mere fact make us kinder to everyone we meet, or more so, let them be, even if we don't like them or agree to their lifestyle?
Food for thought.
