I hate tests.

I took my first exam in my BIO 160 course today. I had been dreading it for days and panic-studying last night. 

It turned out to be pretty damn easy. It’s funny how anticipation can run you ragged.

Things About Me: Part One

Hey there!

That’s right. Likely no one is reading this, but oh well!

Lost Toy here! This will probably be a series of posts of things that I’d like you to know about me in case anyone ever bothers to look at this blog. 

I am transgender. While I am cis-passing, I am nonbinary and my pronouns are they/them. Not she/her. Not he/him. No arguments about it- I get enough of that shit in real life. At this point in time, I have no intention of transitioning physically- like getting top surgery or anything like that. I’m mostly comfortable with my body, but I absolutely hate gender stereotypes and the forcing of gender in American culture. You can easily find many different cultures, modern and historical, that have other genders that differ from the binary. The idea that gender is not a spectrum nor fluid is complete and utter bullshit.

First Post: Finally Blogging

Years ago, someone told me I should write a book or start a blog. Well, here you go. It’s taken a long time to getting here and I imagine I likely won’t even stick with it, but sure as hell need a goddamn outlet sometimes. 

This blog will stay anonymous most likely. However, I will probably go ahead and use the actual names of people that are a part of my life in an effort to keep things consistent, but also so I don’t forget. 

I don’t know what I want you to call me at this point, but for now, I’ll just go with Lost Toy.
