Not being able to go home for the summer has me feeling the homesick blues. One of the most popular things from back home are the beautiful beaches that surround the island. However, being in the middle of the United States, its impossible to have a beach (at least a natural one). The closest I have to a beach here in Kansas are lakes and ponds, which are pretty, but they will never compare to the way beaches make me feel. Location: A fishing lake in my neighborhood in Bel Aire!
