Summer is in full swing, the perfect time for Richard and his chaRActers to unleash their inner child and celebrate 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆. Whether participating in activities like football (The Stranger), rugby (Ultimate Force), soccer (My Zoe), swimming (Cold Feet), or rowing (The Hobbit), romping in the park (Fool Me Once) or enjoying a carnival (Stay Close), play is an important part of living a happy life.

Richard has reposted from Kenny Ho's IG Stories. The stylist is excited not only about seeing Rich's performance as King Herod but also getting a glimpse of his makeup table. Watch out Rich, Kenny has his eyes on Herod's fake lashes! 😆
What looks to be a rare appearance by Richard outside The London Palladium after his performance as Herod in Jesus Christ Superstar has been posted to IG by Megan Ji. Seems she was surprised to see him, so perhaps it wasn't an "official" stage door sighting. She did get his autograph and posted her reactions to the show including that "Herod is still as popular as ever hahaha."

Richard's debut as King Herod in Jesus Christ Superstar, July 13 at the London Palladium. From Jenny Hodge on IG, whose seat was so close that she wrote, "the golden apple bounced off the stage and straight into my lap." She also had a face-to-face with Rich on the VIP red carpet.

A new king has entered the chat! Our first glimpse of Richard in his Palladium dressing room in the initial stage of "becoming" King Herod for his appearance in Jesus Christ Superstar tonight.
Tonight is opening night for Richard as King Herod in Jesus Christ Superstar at the London Palladium. From the first glimpse of the chaRActer that he just shared with us it seems he might be channeling Thorin Oakenshield, his role in The Hobbit. Certainly fits the "slightly unhinged" vibe he told us he's going for.
