MLQC: Romantic Holiday Event Details

Schedule: Apr 14th - Apr 27th

Part I: Special Shooting Stages

When the total [shooting stages] completed reach a specified number of times, you will receive the event limited SSR Karma Shards and R Karma.

Shooting attempts will reset at 5 am every day and they will not roll over to the next day.

You can use [Heart Lock] or gems to get more shoot attempts.

Bonus: Heart Lock Letters

When you log in for the first time during the event, you will receive blessing letters from the four male leads. Each letter contains [Heart Lock x66], a total of [Heart Lock x264].

Part II: Right on Time

During the event, a chapter of [Right on Time] will unlock every two days. Producers can watch and review related stories on the [Right on Time] page.

Part III: Magpie Pin

Every time a special shooting stage is completed, you will receive at least one [Magpie Pin]. You can use [Magpie Pin] to redeem items: Galaxy Wish Coupon, Karma Promise, Emotion Flower, Emotion Stone… and other precious items in [Double 7th Fair].

Part IV: Tangram Gallery

In the special shooting stage, you will have a chance to encounter [Double 7th’s Limited Incidents]. Complete the incident to receive [Magpie Pins], and He will respond according to the interaction you select.

During the event, the completed incidents will be recorded in [Tangram Gallery]. You can review all the incidents you encountered here.

Event Reminders

There are 30 incidents for each male lead, and 3 interaction options for each event. A total of 90 interactions are available for you to collect.

Collect all incidents to receive extra Gems.

Part V: Lucky Compass

Different bonuses will be granted by [Lucky Compass] depending on the number of Double 7th’s Quests completed. For example, it may increase the chance of encountering incidents.

The (Probable) Cost of Double Seventh Event

I would like to preface this that these are some quick calculations for the event. I have not left my apartment in almost 2 months. I mean this literally. I have not even stepped into the hallway outside of my apartment. It is making me a little antsy.  

 For the special shooting stage I do believe that it resets to 5 for every day of the event. If not, then the math is wrong and you should stop reading. ^-^;

If you are focusing on just getting one of the four it is about 10 032 Gems. If you want two of the four then its 20 856 Gems. 

Three is for 31 680. 

If you want all four its 42 504 Gems. I envy you if you have that many gems. 

However you should be able to get at least one of the Event R cards without spending any Gems. You just need to throw all the Heart Locks at one of the four and remember to sign in daily. 

The math I used is below the break. 

So, the event is 16 days including the 14th.  And by getting 5 shooting attempts each of the 16 days you get 80 shooting attempts. 

16 x 5 = 80

And you get 264 Heart Locks on the first day. You use all 264 Heart Locks on one SSR card. 

80 + 264 = 344

The total number of attempts you need is 3688 for one card. 

3688 - 344 = 3 344.

The cost of a shooting attempt in Gems is 3. So:

3 344 * 3 = 10 032

So you need 10 032 Gems for the SSR card you’re focusing on. 

If you want another event SSR card then you would need an additional 10 824 Gems. 

3688 - 80 = 3608

3608 * 3 = 10 824

As for getting just one of the Event R cards. You need 288 shooting attempts. By just using all of the 264 Heart Locks in one place you only need  24 more shooting attempts. This means with 5 free shooting events on each of the event days you only need 5 days to get said R card.
