FEELING WORTHLESS BY THE END OF THE YEAR? READ THIS:
The year is ending, and you might think “What have I done all these days”
Only one word will come … “NOTHING”
But that’s because you decided to be yourselves biggest hater
No matter what you do, you will belittle it
Now imagine if you had someone all the time next to you telling you these things wouldn’t you start to believe them?
Wouldn’t you want to run away from that person? But this person is YOU so what would you do?
So let me tell you how you can magically change it all.
First of all, start to answer yourself whenever you say something negative with something positive
For example: If the voice inside you tells you “I did nothing this year” Tell them “You survived when others gave up, aren’t I brave and amazing? yes I am”
If the voice tells you “You are worthless” you can answer it “Tell that to people who love me and can’t see this word without me”
If the voice tell you “Finish it all” you SCREAM “YOU SAID THE SAME THING LAST YEAR BUT LOOK AT ME I AM STILL HERE”
Some might call you crazy if you talk to yourself but aren’t we all a little insane inside?
This year too, you lived each day and made so many memories even though you refuse to recall them or call them memories because all you did might be spending your days in school, at work or in your room. But still, if you just watched a video of BTS winning someday and share the smiles with millions that’s a memory.
Dear, On this earth we make our own value. You define yourself, no one defines you. So please stop letting the darkness in and smile.
