I couldn’t find anything on Pinterest even but I was able to think of a few cute things.

Assuming you count hummus as a legume portion then hummus and pita, with a little salad that has fruit like oranges or strawberries along with veggies like kale and cucumbers.

A bean chili with corn and tomatoes with whole grain bread to dip.

A black bean and corn salad with tomatoes and some leafy greens and maybe some quinoa mixed in covers almost all your bases right?

Sandwiches! I use hummus as a sandwich spread all the time. A hummus, kale, sprouts sandwich with like a fruity desert?
