#so funny to be 28 yrs old and still end your days crying because your dad yelled at you#my brother did too but at least he was able to calm down and talk#my dad just kept yelling and yelling n didn’t want to hear a thing from me#talking about he’ll gladly walk out of my life#like yeah that’d be easier for me too#but it can’t happen#and i have to keep forcing my way in for adam’s sake#i can’t fucking breathe#no one to talk to it about#not even my therapist#it’s all too much#this will end in a health event and i don’t know how to stop it#i am so scared and tired. and so fucking sad.
