Yes, I am 22.

Let me start this post by greeting myself A Happy Happy Birthday. I think the best person to greet you first is yourself. 😁I am congratulating myself that I had reached this age. But most of all, I would like to thank God for creating my parents and to my parents who created me 😆

You know what, this eve of my birthday (09/27/16), I was watching Adam Sandler’s movie “Click” (I’m pretty sure you knew this movie coz its adam sandlerrr, duhh?) I realized something about life and aging. I’m really glad that we have numbers to count and age is defined by numbers, coz if not, the maybe I would'nt know the different stages of my life. And I’m glad that numbers cannot be skipped. Coz if it is, maybe I’m not celebrating my 22nd birthday.

Actually, I dunno why turning 22 made such an impact to me. Here in our place, 18th birthday was considered the “debut” or “legal age”. But for me, reaching 22 has its different feeling.

But, at this point, All I can say is, I am so happy that I’m celebrating my 22 years of life. I am so grateful to my family especially to my Mom. She said to me earlier that “Don’t you like it? You’re aging!” And I was like, “Yeah! I’m Aging!”. 👍🏻

And to those who are celebrating their birthday today like me, Happy Birthday to You! And always remember, Aging is not ugly. It is beautiful and worthwhile! ❤️2️⃣2️⃣
