I love being decadent with a sense. Whether it's tasting wines, devouring in season berries or spending a day swimming, steaming, sunning and massaging my body. I have killer olfactory receptors and used to fantasize about being a professional "nose" for a perfumery. So for my 2nd to last day in Berlin, I spent a sumptuous afternoon at @frau_tonis_parfum smelling all of their divine creations. The process reminded me of the time and care I take with @aatmacrystals client during the crystal selection process. Unhurried, story-driven, personal. I've been looking forward to this for months...a #rooftopdinner at @stedsans_cleansimplelocal surrounded by the #rooftopgardens of @oestergro @mettehelbak & Flemming have created something very unique and special in Copenhagen. An intimate long table meal consisting of the best local, seasonal ingredients and biodynamic wines. 6 inspired courses, each introduced with a special story from Flemming blew my hair back (they even made a vegetarian dish for me to replace the 1 meat course).
