To any fic writers who worry they are wasting their time... I read a fic for a relatively small and inactive fandom about three years ago. And there was one specific scene where a character watched another dancing like an idiot to a beyonce song and it was so sweet and loving that even now years later I have that song on one of my spotify playlist so every once in a while it will play and remind me of that fic, and every time it does I smile and feel a little happier.

The stats on a fic will never really tell you if your writing touched someone. There's no numerical way to show you what impact you made. Maybe you are wasting time, or maybe you are writing something that someone will remember for a long time, something that will never fail to make them smile.

Summary:

It’s been almost a decade since Taehyung walked out of Jungkook’s life for good. Now, two of their best friends from college are getting married. Will they be able to overcome their messy past and find a way to move forward? Or will spending a week together in a place full of memories only serve to reopen old wounds?

The amount of ANGST this fic gave me, it was sooo good. Truth be told, I usually don’t enjoy that much Taekook fics, but this one… it was the best, really. It felt like seeing a kdrama with wedding/exes trope. So so good.

Plot: for yoongi's new spy mission, he has to build a fake family. it's demanding, but everything seems to go smoothly. however, he hasn't realized that the boy he adopted and the man he agreed to be in a fake marriage with are a mind reader and an assassin.

This is literally the cutest thing EVER. And btw I started reading the manga and watching the anime thanks to this fic. I’m soooo in love with this fic and the original story ❤️

So… usually I don’t recommend a fic unless I have already read it, BUT, my favorite girl Annie is posting this amazing new fic and even though I’ve only read like, the prologue and the first chapter I’m OBSSESED.

Just look at the trailer, it promises so much and I have all the faith in the world in Annie. Her fics truly, truly, truly make me soooo happy. And the playlist, omg it’s so good I’ve been listening to it non-stop.

So if you’re looking for something good, well written, entertaining and with an enemies/ex-friends to lovers with a lot of angst and adventure, read this masterpiece by annie_vi here on ao3.

The amount of chemistry this two characters have... This fic was so so hot, and so so good 🔥🔥🔥 For real, it had me reading and reading without tiring. It’s that good. And the development in their relationship was also very lovely, I really enjoyed how they believed in each other.

What I truly love about Annie’s fics is how much of JK’s and Jimin’s essence she can capture. It’s something I don’t usually find and that makes her my absolute favorite fanfic author.

Summary:

when jimin’s company wants to secure his spot as a mainstream pop act, they think that working for his next album with suga - a popular producer among female pop singers - will do the trick. jimin thinks so, too, but he doesn’t like suga’s playboy reputation.

I really loved this one, is so cute and lovely. The tension between the two of them at the beginning was so good.

I’ve wanted to read Ella’s fics since a long time now, and I’ll definitely read more of her.

Summary:

Seoul, summer 1993.

Jungkook is sick of his hell of a life, made of alcohol and too many cigarettes. For once, he listens to his doctor and picks up a new hobby, photography. He takes nothing else but his motorbike and his Polaroid and rides to a city far away.

Here, he meets the 'Omelas Boys', a not-so dangerous gang of bikers, and Taehyung, a boy that paints sunflowers all day in the silence of an empty field, showered with the burning sun of June.

This one is quite intense. I liked it, but it was so so sooo long. In the good side, we have Jungkook finding these 6 guys who become his family and make him happy. But on the other side… it’s rough, I’m not gonna lie.

Personally I didn’t like the main relationship, it was kind of toxic for me. Tbh, I don’t recommend this one as much as the other fics. I just posted it to keep track on the fics I’ve read.
