don’t feel awesome today. feeling depressed and that always makes me want to binge. don’t trust dinner one bit i had nothing to measure so i guessed. will be suffering for it mentally the rest of the night 😭

dinner was honestly probably a lot less than 300 cals I had literally like 6 bites of food but I had to eat at least smth bc i was at my parents and had no idea what the cals were in it, figured it’s better to overestimate then under but otherwise I feel good about the day!!
have only binged once in over two weeks which might seem kinda shitty but considering I used to have full on BED/bul1m1a i’ll count it as a major win 😎
weighed in at 171 lbs today! means i’m down 7 pounds in 2 weeks, not bad considering I’ve been restricting to about 700-1200 cals a day it needs to be sm more though I’m impatient

today was hard, was feeling super motivated to OMAD and stay under 500 cals but i got super sick from taking too much medication on accident so I decided to play it safe and stick to around 800 instead. still feel so guilty i know i’m restricting enough to lose weight I just feel like a fraud coming on here seeing so many ppl restrict to like 200 cals a day every day. so so jealous.

decent day today, not sure how the hell chipotle is so many calories the shit was filling but i got a bowl with only 3 things 😭 otherwise I feel good just wish I had time to exercise

I added some 0 cal sweetener on top bc i don’t usually like the sour greek yogurt taste and it tasted just like dip n dots but only 40 cals! highly recommend the portions aren’t even super tiny either

okay i was actually very disciplined this morning knowing i was going to have a heavy dinner which i’m proud of. going to post what my breakfast was right after this bc it was soooo yum pre-portioned and filling tasted like ice cream. otherwise feel semi decent about the day just wish that I would actually start exercising again
sometimes im like "yayy recovery!!!1!1!!" then i look into the mirror and realize that the only thing i have to recover from is OBESITY
miss how skinny i was in ED residential, constantly being surrounded by real life thinspo and being forced to focus on food all day made me sm worse… i’d do anything not to have to go back though it’s why I’m taking it slow and steady this time. consistency is key 💝
