event 01: hide and seek [seo]

This was one twisted game of Capture the Flag, a true exercise of Darwinism. Quite frankly, he wasn’t even sure if he wanted to participate. A prize didn’t hurt though, not when such unusual circumstances arose, especially when not everyone would be quite as generous.

He’d tried asking a couple of people for their flags and a drop of blood. That hadn’t gone over so well, Guy barely managing to escape with his hide (there was a reason why he shied away from politics).

And so, this was yet another reason why he needed to find Seo as quickly as possible. Guy had yet to feel any debilitating pain that didn’t stem from his own physical senses, so he could only assume that she hadn’t bumped into too much trouble. It was times like this where he was also grateful for the familiar weight of a sword at his side, a constant reminder that he hadn’t seen any sharp objects on Seo’s person the last time he saw her.

Guy makes a mental note to teach her how to fight.

"… with how forward she can be, I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s already managed to take some flags on her own."

He keeps moving to find her for that same exact reason.

The air was a lot colder than what she was used to so she shivered a bit while she trudged along on foot. Not much sign of life besides those... whatever, so call 'experiments,' that roamed the grounds that she was able to see so far. Few who did cross paths with her weren't as willing as she had expected to hand over flags, particularly for the fact that blood would be necessary. Nevertheless, eventually she would lose sight of them and eventually be forced to give up on ideas of confiscation.

A bat lying around on the dark, damp floor was more than enough for protection, at least for now while the monsters that made an appearance weren't too intimating. In all honesty, she was rarely scared. Pretty fun and interesting, in fact. It was sort of like a game within a game. Everything seemed surreal, but losing composure would only result in death-- something she wasn't willing to comply to.

Digits swung the bat in circular motions while the woman whistled to herself in search of an exit. Finding a coat or something would be useful considering her current attire; A school uniform made up of a white button up tucked within a blue short skin, a grey jacket with the school's logo, a thin scarlet ribbon neatly tied before her chest, and brown school shoes. Sadly, there was little to cover her legs and a sudden chilly gust really didn't help with the cold.
