Hi! Do you know if we HAVE to invite the first villager in the campsite to live on the island? Because I really don’t like the first villager who visited but I want to progress the game.

I am not entirely sure but I think you have to invite the first campsite villager for progression. I had no luck trying to work around it for a day or two.
