the 7/7 rule

for seven days, clean your home using vinegar. for the next seven days, use cinnamon powder.

(if you’re a beginner, you can place small sachets filled with cinnamon around your space instead of spreading it directly.)

the idea is simple: vinegar is used to cleanse and clear out stagnant or heavy energy, while cinnamon is associated with attracting warmth, abundance, and positive energy.

please don’t burn palo santo at home.

palo santo comes from a tree that has been heavily overharvested, and from that, the energy of this tree is poor, not abundance.

instead, you can light a white candle and set an intention. for example:

“i set the intention for this candle to cleanse negative energy and invite blessings into my life. thank you.”

then, you can use incense to “seal” the space, as it’s traditionally associated with grounding and maintaining the energy you’ve created.
