Two questions for you!

1. Are requests open? My tumblr is acting up and I can’t see your name or anything else like that. Sometimes it doesn’t wanna show part of your pinned post

2. When you say themes for NPTs, are character themes okay whether they’re whitelisted or not (obviously not blacklisted)? I noticed it said you won’t edit anything not on the whitelist but I’m not sure if that counts NPTs

I’m sorry for answering this SO late、however when you sent this requests were open … and when i meant themes i referred to non—character、though i won’t make any NPTs for characters (( nor medias )) who aren’t on the whitelist｡ :3

My blog is specifically geared towards themed transsexual, femme/butch/futch, lesbian && transfem flags! however, I wouldn't mind also doing transmasc or mlm flags if requested! (sometimes i might do icons as well ^_^)
