A/N: I’ve had this in my drafts for like four months and since I’ve had a really busy week I figured I would finally bite the bullet and post it seeing as I don’t have any other content right now 😂 this was written for the love of my life @pascal-isaac because she was mean to Marcus and I told her I was going to write her an angry letter but I don’t have a bone of hate in my body so this happened instead 😂

A nice breeze is rare on Arrakis, and even more rare when it isn’t carrying drifts of sand with it. You spend these moments out in the sun—only for a little while, though. More than a few moments without a stillsuit on and Leto causes a fuss.

He finds you outside today, on a small balcony that shows the endlessly rolling dunes—a sight that brings you little to no comfort. You fill like you’re stuck in a fishbowl, except the barren opposite—trapped by thousands of miles of sand with no moisture to be found anywhere. It makes you sad—the breeze is only a slight balm to your suffering.
