Dear Megan, I honestly sometimes can't even handle how well YOU handle your life. I mean, I know that it is the Holy Spirit within you because no woman, especially a 41 week pregnant woman can endure what you do and with such joy. I honestly don't think I heard you complain about ANYTHING in the last 9 months except maybe the awkward sitting situation and even that was once or twice. You are not self seeking nor do you crave attention. You are positive and strong. This morning you said to me; "so umm... I'm a mom now, crazy!?" But the first thing I thought was, you always were. So my church is doing this thing. It's called "The 90 Day Experience." Basically everyone is reading the New Testament in 90 days. I am for sure behind, but I actually didn't anticipate being able to keep up effectively seeing as it's about 3 - 4 chapters a day, BUT I am doing it. Slowly but surly. This morning I read Matthew 5, a little longer than the first 4 and DEFINITELY more to it. I mean honestly, I felt like I hit a freaking jackpot this morning, it was SO rich. I wanted to share some of the new revelations or a conviction, maybe even a nugget of encouragement that I got from God this morning but it was just so good that I don't really know where to begin. I've read Matthew before, but things have changed. Not in the word of God, but in my heart. So all that to say, if you aren't doing this challenge I would implore you, do it! Whether you read one chapter a day or 3, your Father wants to speak to you. It is so encouraging to know you have friends/family doing it with you.
