Of course! I'm just afraid it's a feature available only in newer versions of Photoshop (version 22 and above). But anyway...

Open the “Layer Style” by double-clicking the Layer.

Go to “Stroke”.

In “Structure”, set the size of your line.

In “Fill Type”, choose “Gradient”, and set the colors.

In “Style”, choose “Shape Burst”.

Set the “Angle” at 0°.

And... Ta-da! That's it!

Just like this:

why can't i use some of your actions? my ps says i can't use camera raw and i don't know why. can you help me, please? tysm!!

Which version of Photoshop are you currently using?

My actions which require Camera Raw are only compatible with Photoshop CC 2017 (v. 18) and subsequent versions.

The issue may be attributed to two main possibilities

You are using an older version of the software (e.g., Photoshop CS5 or Photoshop CS6).

The Camera Raw version currently installed is incompatible with your system settings.

1. Resolving the Outdated Software:

To address the first point, you must upgrade to a newer version of Photoshop CC (e.g., 2017 or 2021).

2. Resolving Camera Raw Incompatibility:

For the second issue, you can attempt to determine which version of Camera Raw is installed on your computer. You should then consult the official documentation for the system requirements needed for Camera Raw to function properly.

If an incompatibility is confirmed, it is not an insurmountable problem. You always have the option to download and install an older, compatible version of Camera Raw (e.g., version 14.5) to resolve the issue.

and i want to update you since this might help someone else: what you suggested did not work, but what worked was opening the psd on photopea and photoshop at the same time, seeing the adjustments and just "redoing" the layers. after this it worked perfectly and now i have no problems. so even if what you suggested exactly didnt work, you still helped me a lot so thank you!!

hii, this is super odd bc it's never happened to me before but as i was checking out your new lyrics widget template this popped up as i tried to download it? (sorry for the spanish but i figure the point comes across at 'virus').

idk if this is a browser error or maybe a ko-fi thing? idk, it seemed weird to me and i'd rather not download it to actually test what's the issue. i also tested it out with your hedonist psd and the same thing happened??

as i mainly use firefox (and this is where the issue happened for me), i also tested it out again on chrome and that didn't detect any sort of virus as i downloaded the lyrics template, just to be certain it wasn't a me issue i also turned off all my extensions and tried again on firefox and the issue still persisted.

i am not certain if there's any way to solve it or if maybe somehow i'm at fault? but i thought of letting you know just in case someone else messages you with something similar. thank you for the amazing resources!!

Oh, that is quite strange... Were you able to download any older resources, or are all of them showing the same message?

The same thing happened to me when I tried to download a PSD file using Firefox...

I assure you there is no need to worry, as there are no risks associated with downloading my resources. However, since Ko-Fi is a trustworthy and secure platform, you may safely ignore the warning and proceed with the download by clicking on the file and go to “Allow Download”...

That said, as a precaution, it’s best to run a security scan on the file using antivirus software—just to be safe! If you still have any questions, feel free to reach out to me!

hi ! supeeerrr random question, but do you happen to have a psd available for the image you use as example on your promo posts ? i’ve been looking for a collage kind of thing similar to the one you use and haven’t had any luck !

Did you mean the template I use for the PSD previews? If so, I can definitely make it available. I just need to adjust a few layers, and I'll post the link by tomorrow. :)

sorry if this is something you already answered, but do you do anything different with your gradient map layers? i use photoshop cc, but when i open one of your psds photoshop tells me theres some unknown data and when i choose to keep the layers, the gradient map are the ones with issue and they dont do anything. i have no idea why, since my photoshop does have grdient maps

Hi, I believe this is happening because, starting from Photoshop CC 2021, gradient maps have additional interpolation methods, like this one:

Since I use Photoshop 2024 (version 25.12.3), I sometimes change the interpolation method. Unfortunately, this may not be compatible with some older versions of Photoshop. However, I found that it's possible to open the PSD file on the Photopea website and change the interpolation mode back to the classic one, like this:

Then, you can simply save the PSD and open it normally in Photoshop. I hope this tip helps, and I apologize for the inconvenience. If you still have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out again. By the way, thanks for letting me know!
