It had been about a week since Sakura had been summoned to this strange world for the same reason she was often called upon, reasons to do with fighting. But there were peaceful moments as well where she got to sit with the owl that had captured her heart and she just couldn’t resist the temptation to sit in the main hall and repeatedly pet the creature. Though to her it was a secret since she didn’t want anyone to think she was too fragile her first week in the area. One would think war and battle would harden her to steel but she remained forever soft and fragile, like a newborn rabbit if you are looking for a comparison.

It would be even worse if it were her summoner who were to catch her in such a position. No one liked anything less than a healer who could do nothing but to heal. She didn’t want to be known as someone who couldn’t do their job. She was insecure enough as it is, she didn’t need a bad reputation making it worse, “hello Feh.”

Smiling as she greeted the bird in secret the owl gave a hoot. This was lovely!
