currently reading: The House in the Pines by Ana Reyes
26.05.2026 | the apple tree is blooming & fresh baking in the kitchen. thankful for the little things, the small hours.
14.05.26 | saw whales & read tales. taking in every minute of sunlight as if it’s keeping me alive.
baked brie & chicken pot pie
i'm finally going to take the leap i've been dreaming of for years. this time next month i'll be working & living in a completely different country. this is a huge gamble, but i'd rather take the risk and fail than not take it at all.
27.03.26 | somehow i find that life is worth living again. holding hands & singing stupid love songs like i’d enjoyed them all before.
i genuinely miss living in an older building with restored historical architecture. these cookie-cutter suburban homes are lacking charm.
there’s something highly enjoyable about taking bits of nature and turning them into jewelry.
re-potting plants with my best friend is a love language
ventured out to the back country the other weekend, these were taken within 20 minutes of each other.
08.02.26 | it’s been a long while since I’ve been well enough to create things. so I’ve been making as much as possible
giving Sophocles a re-read this month
baked my first fresh bread loaf of the year. it's my goal to make at least one per week, or at least, as often as the house needs bread. this week might need 2!
you & me by the creek with the orange tree
01.06.26 | holding on to each golden hour like my life depends on it.
1st book of the year finished. teaching myself to log my thoughts in a reading journal.
01.01.26 | a happy new year indeed. may it be not just in wishes, but in experience as well.
