Excited to finally share this sweet comic I drew for the @aa-spring-swap event! This is my piece for @ashtonisvibing who requested something fluffy and either fall or winter themed with Trucy, Phoenix, and Edgeworth. I added Pess in because I love her, hope that's ok <3
Phoenix Wright, Trucy Wright, and Miles Edgeworth stand in the front hall of Miles’s house bundling up to go outside in the snow. The front hall is in cozy warm shades with a red carpet. A sepia photo of Gregory Edgeworth hangs on the wall. Phoenix wears an insulated jacket over his sweatshirt, Trucy wears a light blue puffer jacket with pink heart pockets and fluffy fur on the hood. She has bright pink snow boots with fur trim. Miles wears a medium grey peacoat, tall snow boots, and a red scarf.
Phoenix pets Pess, a white borzoi, while Trucy holds her leash. He says “Oh boy oh boy oh boy, are we going outside? Is it time for outside?” Miles is unamused and says “Wright, what on earth are you going on about.” Phoenix replies “It’s not me, it’s Pess talking.” He switches back into his dog voice. “Yesyes I want to play in the snow! And track my muddy paw print all over the house for Phoenix to clean up! Oh boy!” Trucy laughs. Miles holds the door open for her and Pess while turning to Phoenix. “That is NOT while she sounds like.” He adds “Careful on the ice, Miss Trucy.” Trucy is yanked into the blue-toned outdoors by Pess and yells “AAAAH slow down girl!” Phoenix says “Fine, you give her a voice then”
The color palette shifts to blues and pinks. Miles crosses his arms, embarrassed, and says “...I’m not doing a voice, Phoenix.” Phoenix nonchalantly pulls on his beanie and says “Fine. Trucy, what do YOU think Pess would sound like?” Trucy brings her gloved hands to her cheeks and says “Oh! I know!” She wraps her arms around Pess and does a bad German accent “Alo Papa, zis is Pess speaking, your most beloved fraulein! I am a leetle German doggy!”” Phoenix bursts out laughing while Edgeworth looks horrified. “ACK. Her accent… Did you put her up to this?!” Phoenix says “Nah, she’s that funny all on her own.” Trucy continues “Oh mein gott Papa, zis is ze most wunderbar day, is it not? Let us come and frolic together in the snow, ja?” /End ID]
