I am very sorry to announce this, but my muse for Mikasa has been gone for quite some time and I don't know whether it will return or not. Due to this, I am now changing the status of this blog to an archive.Ā
I have enjoyed every day of this blog and am so happy to have met everyone here. I will no longer be on this blog, but if anyone would like to keep in touch with new, I will give either my skype or another url of mine.Ā
Okay, I know I haven't been on here for a while now, but I really need help.Ā
I have a friend and she has a twin sister. They're both amazing people, hard workers and have relatively good grades. They currently live with their mom, who's divorced, and a heavy drinker. It's become a regular thing now for their mom to beat them, and recently one of them got beaten so hard she had to talk to a teacher. Today one of the conselors called her and told her that Child Protection Services were going to go to their house. This means that they will most likely have to move almost across the state to live with their dad. However, he is getting surgery and won't be able to take care of them. Now they're both really scared and don't even want to go home, more than usual.Ā
They've only told certain people, and all of us that are informed are doing everything we can to help them. Now, the only problem is that we're all underage, being freshmen in high school. I know we can't do much at the moment, but I want to know everything I can do for them. So, with that being said, all I'm asking is that if any of you know anything we can do to help them, please, please don't hesitate to tell me.Ā
