Like other Grunts in Team Skull, Noah looks up to Guzma, as a big brother figure. The reason why is that he is one of the few people who acknowledged her as a trainer when she first joined Team Skull.

That’s why in the Post Game verse, she was so angry and shocked at Guzma’s betrayal when she heard that he was working with Lusamine. Before Noah would have a chance to get an answer why, Guzma had disband Team Skull very suddenly. She hasn’t seen Guzma since and doesn’t know if she wants to.
