I want to spend less time stressing on those and more time getting other things done (filling orders and creating). I'm tweaking and improving them for you! • I spent an hour yesterday at the post office tracking things down and trying to find orders not scanned in. I'm sorry for any inconvenience shipping has caused anyone, please know I'm working on it. Myself or any other owners just don't have control over the postal services, unfortunately. • Please don't leave negative reviews on products because you haven't received them. If you feel there's an issue, please message me. I'm here to help. • This is important: my shipping process. When you get a notification for shipping after placing your order, this means your label has been created and it is in line for processing. My jars are not prefilled. I fill each jar to order. This helps me on space so I can keep over 400 colors in stock and have room for more creations. It also allows for quality control to make sure each jar is filled with quality products that have not settled and are fresh.
