Jake didn’t like when guys were easy. But he liked when getting down to business was. It’s a difficult thing to differentiate, but it comes down to one thing. Any guy that’s already willing to spread his legs for him when Jake’s still making up his mind, that’s fine. But it’s when they’re already doing it, already assuming or already thinking that he’s in, that isn’t for him. He wants to have to earn it a little bit, to use his own charm or good looks to his benefit. There’s no use in becoming another notch for them. He has to want it too, and he has to be the one considering them the notch. A careful detail, but one that’s paramount.
But he loved how easy this was. Hands tangled into short hair, easing this guy down, Jake lets himself rest against the door, head tilted back. With his jeans stuck at mid-thigh, blue eyes fluttered closed, he loses himself in the moment, in the feeling of it all. “Just like that,” he huffs out, hands getting a little more daring; a little more forceful. He keeps him down on it longer, holding him in place. “Take it deeper, show me what you can really do,” Jake orders, now looking back down to meet the man’s gaze. “I know you’ve got the skill to handle all of this, so give it your best shot.”
Messy and rocky—story of his life. For the most part at least; right before he got his ass back home and now, he’s getting back to old thrills. For the most part. Not his first rodeo but he wasn’t a regular costumer either. That while a part of him wanted to think it might be getting a little awkward, there are far more important things in front of his mind. The sweet torture of not getting caught, and the mere thought of how to take the man despite his demands—from his rugged voice and down to that menacing throb of his fat cock that was just right up his face when he took a bit of a respite for air—not that he stopped; his hands still jacked him off as he was just eager to see how the clear bead of his precum began to trickle into a juicy drool. Luca licked his lips then, chuckling as he looked up at the other.
“Well, you’re not exactly a Happy Meal—” Luca hummed through the push of his ragged sigh, and with a lick of his lips, he leaned in just the same, closing around the head as he continued on with the rhythm that he had. Slow. Steady Shallow. But bit by bit he let the other push into his mouth and fill him with that warm girth that tasted so good against his tongue. Enough incentive—though Luca has had his own pride and greed to just lean on it and feel himself come slack and hollow out for a deeper suck as his fingers dug into the flesh of his meaty thighs. And with his ears filled with the wet suction, he’s still keen to hear the other ---------- more so with the long drag he did with spit and precum as he let the length just slowly slide in and out of his mouth.

Jake knows he’s got one on the hook almost as soon as he rises. He takes his time, not using long legs to his advantage in order to reach the bathroom in record time. No, the blond takes a leisurely stroll, sauntering almost, as he carries himself in high regard whilst traversing the crowd. Of course he still reaches the bathroom rather quickly, but it’s only once he’s sure there’s a set of gorgeous eyes trained on his back; and his backside by extension.
The doors open, and with a joke the other man who’s name he’s already forgotten enters. Not caring at all for what’s being said, Jake pounces, eagerly bringing their lips together with a reigned in ferocity. Perhaps a desperation to feel close to another; to not be in his own head after shift. Breath mingles, tongues dance, and breaths are devoured. In no time at all he’s pulling back, unbuckling his own belt, reaching inside to stroke himself a few times before pushing briefs down. “Pay him some attention, I’ll hold the door. Take you back to mine in a few. Live just around the corner anyhow.”
The slight shove was more than enough for Luca to just shut the hell up, really—yeah, shut the fuck up. Take it. Take him. That with how Jake leaned on for that demanding claim of his lips, Luca felt his own body just tense and shudder into this intimate surrender as he moaned softly into Jake’s lips and met him with the same need; even more so as he could feel the heave of their hard bodies just rub against each other and share more of that warmth that was quick to bloom somewhere in Luca’s core that just made him hungrier for it --------- and even more so when they finally eased off of each other with the other’s new demand. And judging by how it throbbed, it was looking real angry too.
Luca just bit down on his chuckle then, looking over his shoulder as his own lust blinded him further into the thrill that nagged into him. And so there he was, on his knees with this hunk of a man crowded onto him with his cock right up his face—of course he’d play along; capturing that plump head into his lips with a gentle suckle while his fingers curled around the fat base, steadying the heavy girth so he could take a little more and feel that hard warmth just fill his mouth as he began a slow but firm rhythm while other hand rubbed along the muscle of his thigh.

Aiden was downright puzzled by the other’s outward thought. “If they held out their specialty items or offered them all year around, the profitable hype would eventually wear off. And then how would they make their profit?” The man’s gaze falls on the other, taking in his body language with care. Aiden enjoyed people watching early in the morning or late at night, and not just because it was a mindless activity. People had always intrigued him. “I wouldn’t be mad at all year peppermint though.” The man laughs, tinkering with the cup in his hands.
Work for the industry long enough and you’d learn. And with some local business owner like him, of course he knew the good things about seasonal products—didn’t stop him from dreaming about pumpkin spice latte every day though. Luca offered some small chuckle then, tilting aside with his arms tightening up with how he sighed on to get a little more settled in. “See? You get it. Underrated since it’s intimidating—but it’s a really complicated flavor profile…” Liam hummed, the seemingly obvious weight of learned high-class haughtiness clearly deliberate in its playfulness before chuckling on. “ --------- and a way better combination than Mentos and a poor a two-liter soda in the name of views.”
newenglcnds:
It’s almost as soon as the man leans against the counter that Jake’s mouth goes dry. Oh yeah, that’s definitely an ass he wants to get a piece of. Perfectly sculpted, muscular, framed beautifully by a tight pair of jeans, it’s everything he could ever want. And God, was he ever thick. Not wanting to be a creep, Jake sits up, moving to place a hand on the other man’s shoulder. “Trust me, I’ve got nobody coming here to meet me tonight.” The drink arrives soon, and Jake’s eager to take it, raising the glass to the other man. “In fact, I’d say that I arrived here with the intention of finding someone to go home with.” Knocking back the glass, Jake gives the man a pointed look once he sets it back down.
“The name is Jake, by the way. Jake Korenov. You’ll definitely want to know the first part, I have a feeling you might be using it quite a bit tonight,” another pointed look, a nod of his head back towards the bathroom, and Jake rises, walking away with a casual jaunt. He figures this would work, it typically does.
The drinks are fast. But Jake’s faster apparently. That while his supposed loneliness piqued Liam’s interest enough to actually try and get to know who could probably be PFD’s Mr. March, Jake was already quite resolved apparently. Sure, Liam could say that it could have had caught him off guard, but hey… he’s the one who’s neck-deep in hooking up, after all—and he’d be honest; it was probably worth forgoing half his drink… Jake’s a taller glass of strong vodka anyway. All he could do was chuckle to himself; that while watching the other go was a nice sight to look at with how every bulge and het on the guy tried to strain against his clothes, it was his ticking clock to get a move on as well—to put the money on the bar and just tail on.
Of all fucking places. Luca hummed on as he finally took his turn to weave through the people. Then again, it wasn’t like he was new to it—hell, he couldn’t deny that trickle that was making its way to his chest anyway. Some steady thrill. That with how he eased into the empty restroom, he tried to not look as conspicuous as he breathed in with a swell of his own broad chest and a small smile. “—don’t tell me it’s because I might end up calling the cops on you. I’d rather not get in between inter-city rivalry,” he teased as he shut the door behind him.

Sure, it’s gonna rain still—that’s what puts the England in New England. In fact, Luca can still feel it in the fiber of his being and in the fibers of his flannel shirt. But at the very least, it wasn’t freezing. Ish. Though he’d count his blessings for the moment, actually—that while it’s still under tens, at least it’s not below zero. And soon enough they’d be all snuffed up with pollen come springtime—which is good. For Brawnhouse at least. That with the promise of better weather for that half of the year, Luca just knows he’s slowly teetering up the peak season. It was the reason why he found himself in one of the cafés, waiting for his drink—his days were numbered as far as long morning walks. Couldn’t say the same for his favorite—with the first sign of spring, its days were up.
“They should put up Pumpkin Spice Lattes for a longer time --------- that or their Christmas Peppermint special…” Luca hummed, broad shoulders flexing wide as he folded his arms across his chest as he took a spot on the aside the counter; a good one at that as it was all toasty and warm despite the nearby window that painted the early morning scene of Providence.

“Vodka,” Jake responds, his accent reverting to a much more Ruski one. Turning now full body on the stool to face his attractive benefactor, he can’t help the fact that his eyes drag down the man, fully checking him out. “I saved your life?” Jake asks, reaching for his glass so he can finish off what’s in it before getting it refilled. “Oh,” he finally responds, trying to remember the guy. So it was a guest, not him. But it clearly saved his hide as it had saved his life. And then finally he provides the bit about the banister, and honestly, he’d had six of those calls since the summer, so it didn’t really narrow it down. “What do you uh, wear for a uniform, trying to remember you,” he confesses, not all that sheepish about admitting what some may consider to be embarrassing. “Just saying, if your work uniform didn’t show off your ass like those jeans do now, I may not have noticed you. We actually get quite a few calls like that, so I’m sorry I don’t remember you. I can assure you,” he motions for the man to grab the stool next to him. “You’ve definitely got my full attention now.”
“Vodka—” Luca was quick to follow through, nodding on in gratitude as the barkeep tending to what he asked for and finally left him to be engaged with the other and his attempt to apologize—one that which he brushed off with a wave of a hand. Now that admission, Luca was aware of actually; it was the reason why he took it upon himself to look for the other and remind him. He’s a statistic—well, Mr. Miller is… him and his poor neck. So, for the most part, he didn’t mind that he wasn’t remembered—that shit certainly beats getting remembered because of worse things; like being in Live PD or something really stupid.
“Well to be fair, I had my coat on when that whole thing went down so that’s fair,” Liam chuckled on, leaning on the counter—in case the other wanted to look on. “—besides, I’d rather not be a distraction when you’re saving lives. So now is a good time, I suppose... not unless you’re waiting for someone.”

dae glanced over at the man who sat beside him before his gaze returned to his own empty glass. he knew he could be a bit of a downer or so his daughter liked to say he was but it was hard to pretend like things in the world were so positive and welcoming when things like this happened. blatant favoritism due to age or beauty. “ hmph - sure. “ he sighed out as his fingers tapped on his glass, just trying to occupy his time while the bartender tended to the more important people at the bar. “ uh - scotch. “ dae replied with a raise of a brow as he saw the man lean over the bar and wave, something he’d never of thought to do because he worried too much of how it would look on his end.
Well, at least, it wasn’t his first rodeo. Sure, he didn’t miss the big bar crowd in the big city, but he had stuck around long enough to know how to wrangle in just the right way. Wave em’ down—but only wave them down just one more time. Thankfully, really. Because by the time their gazes met, Luca nodded and flashed a smile before easing back with a roll of his shoulders. “Scotch. Neat. And uh—” Luca stammered—for a moment a mojito sounded nice. But with how the storm was brewing in the bar, he nodded on with a thoughtful wince and continued on. “—hard cider,” Luca punctuated with a wag of a brow and a polite smile while he idly knocked on the counter—before finally rocking back lightly in wait.
For all the things that he dreamed of—and got let down by—big crowds in bars would probably be one of the things that he wouldn’t miss. But with how the weather’s going, and the fact that it really was that time of the month where everyone else was trying to push for a hook up, it wasn’t all too far from that worst-case scenario—so much for a little something before the walk home, really. “—should’ve seen Superbowl weekend though. Fucking shit storm…” he added as his eyes gave a casual run about the place.

Love and hate—but for the moment, it’s love. That while Providence isn’t exactly a metropolis in steroids where it’s easy to just get lost in the endless hum, sometimes it gets the job done of bumping into someone --------- granted that the someone isn’t an ex or an awkward one-night stand. It’s Jake—friendly neighborhood fireman. Luca has been meaning to pay a visit down the firehouse, actually. But since the opportunity already presented itself, more so since the guy seemed alone, Luca took the chance and walked up to the bar and waved at the barkeep just as he leaned onto the counter to claim the spot. “Hard cider—” he spoke before turning to the other with a smile for a greeting. “—aaand you need a refill? I’ve been meaning to pay you back since you saved my life,” he nodded on wincing through his thoughtful smirk as he leaned aside to face the other.
“ --------- er… well, since you saved my guest’s life when you pulled his head out of the banister…” he continued on as he waited on for the other to indulge him.
lucathat what do you mean i’m drunk? you’re drunk. anyway i’m calling us an uber. #mondayweekend #itwasalyftallalong
it had been a long night, the hospital was packed with people convinced they had the coronavirus when in actuality there were no known cases even in this state to begin with. that’s what happens when u mix hysteria and hypochondria. usually dae-ho rarely set foot in bars, he much preferred the solitude of drinking a cold beer while he read the newspaper but after the day he had, he needed something a bit stronger. as his scotch started to run low, he raised his hand hoping to grab the bartenders attention but they were too busy doting on the younger men ordering shots. “ you’d think i was invisible. “ dae huffed before knocking back the rest of his drink, honestly it wasn’t surprising to him - he wasn’t exactly considered as desirable as the younger men in the bar.
“ --------- nah, they probably just wanted them to calm down…” Luca hummed as he slipped onto that one vacant chair beside the other, just in time to witness the trials and tribulations of an attempt to get a drink on a weekend night—and ultimately watch it fail. Relatable. And since they’re on the same boat, Luca’s just as eager to catch the failure and try and take a try for himself—just so the poor guy doesn’t look like he’s trying too hard. Hit two birds with one stone and all that... and for the sake of both their minds too as the place seemed to a little more buzzy than usual. Probably the month, really.
“What are you getting anyway?” Luca trailed on, leaning a bit more into the bar as he gave a little more stretch to his wave while making sure he was keened on the other’s answer just in case.
SQUARE ONE | luca’s cottage
Just across the parking lot from Brawnhouse Inn’s main manor, is Luca’s home. Originally, when Luca came back to Providence, the house was just remnants of what could have been Brawnstone Inn’s stable block or a coach house—or it could’ve been a small storage or barn. It was just almost down to its shell after all; sound structure, roof and all, but inside was just nothing. And being newly jobless and feeling like a hermit, Luca just put his energy into refurbishing the home—some attempt to join in the family business and turn the cottage into Brawnhouse’s honeymoon suite. Though by the time he was done, Grandpa Rossi had already come to pass and the next thing he knew, he was taking over. So, what could have been a temporary situation for him turned a little bit more permanent and it needed a little more permanence as far as logistics go --------- and that’s why Luca found himself turning the house into his actual home.
Squeezed into the corner of lot, the house is actually nestled within the trees and the unevenness of the terrain, the house actually has good privacy—the reason why Luca thought it could be a couple’s suite in the first place. But at the same time, it’s still easily accessible within the property that Luca can really sit back and relax in his own home while actually managing the business.
Inside is a little more of a struggle, really. When Luca lived in the house, he didn’t get to actually finish it into the couple’s retreat as planned. Some parts were actually unpolished, and the place was actually unfurnished. It took quite some time for him to get it all… decent. At best, the place still cozy despite the minimalism, at worse—especially the bedroom—it looks bare… especially since the house is more or less an open concept. At the very least, it’s easy to hear when the bell is being rung from the manor—also, it’s not haunted. So far.
