My inspiration, zen, motivation and positive energy blog. I've been hospitalized multiple times, and faced life threatening illness. I nearly died on several occasions. What I did was not quit. I lost 45 lbs and got into shape and started to deal with my own issues. I've learned rock bottom is a very solid foundation to build your life on.
