As a self-described insufferable dilettante, I post an unholy mishmash of science & technology, pop cultural stuff (including, but not limited to, favored teevee shows o' the moment, videos, movies, and the like), various and sundry artistic, architectural, literary, and cultural interests, some fandom items (largely Tolkienian main courses with a few side dishes from H.P. Lovecraft and GRRM's A Song of Ice and Fire), and self-important bloviating. In other words, an incoherent bundle of whatever strikes my fancy. My fan-ficcish hackery and badly drawn cartoons reside under the guise of pandemonium_213 on the Silmarillion Writers' Guild with a smattering at other sites, including AO3 (same moniker). In Real Life™, I am a scientist who has actually accomplished stuff. I'm wholly amenable to Tumblr's IM feature. I tend not to use meaningful tags.

Funny to say, I never posted my take on this famous illustration here on Tumblr (And is like one of the first things I drawn abt Transformers). So I thought it was a good moment to remember that I am gay as fuck a proud member and ally of LGBTQ+ community (I would have been strange otherwise). Also, a small thanks to TF community that is canonically and fandomically very queer and welcoming (ofc exception are anywhere but still one of the nicest and most comfortable community I'd ever been). Also, yesterday was 2 june, is the Festa della Repubblica in Italy. The day commemorates the 1946 Italian institutional referendum held by universal suffrage, in which the Italian people were called to the polls to decide on the form of government following the Second World War and the fall of Fascism.

So, very important celebration ( often quite ignored one since fascist wind in this country but still...)
