Well, I’m going to have to call you that more often then aren’t I? [Returning the kiss, he cupped her cheek with his palm before sighing a little as her words caused him to focus on something other then her lips.] Mmhmm, sure. [he dropped his hand from her cheek to her own hand, linking his fingers through hers.] Lead the way beautiful.

You know… it’s still really fun to hear you say that. And, I forgot– I made you something. It’s back in the workshop.

Hear what? Because I was only just getting started. [he raised an eyebrow] oh really?

Paige narrowed her eyes. “Oh, we’re doing this right now,” she said. “Eve can wait, and I know you’re not innocent in this.” Paige had been amused by all this before Luke had tried to squirm out of his lecture, and she could feel her big-sister annoyance coming out in full blast. “How could you be so irresponsible? To Mr Frederickson? He watched you when we were little!”

He pouted as she leapt into her lecture, “He threw a rake at us P--” he replied, “And let’s face it, no harm no foul the old geezer is probably laughing it up back at his place as we speak.” he protested, still trying to hide the smirk from his lips as he thought back to Frederickson’s face when he had realised what had happened.

 Seeing as my mom has said it about four times a day since spring break, the fact hasn’t eluded me. I still have to choose where I’m going.

I’m way more focused on the fact my girlfriend is going to be a cute freshman... and the prospect of spending summer with said incoming freshman. [He grinned, slipping his arms around her waist, his lips immediately moving to her jawline, teasingly trailing down to her neck.]

“Oh, I saw everything,” Paige said, shaking her head, stepping closer to her brother. Thank god he got the short genes. She looked down at his eyes, narrowing her bright blue eyes at his similar ones. “Everything, Luke Dotten. And seeing as Pace and Dell were lucky enough to get away, you’re gonna get the whole Paige Dotten run-down. Right here, right now.”

He chuckled a little nervous, shoving his hands into his pockets before smiling again. “Do we really have to do this now, I mean I was on my way to meet Eve and she’ll be worried if I’m late. Pace is totally deserving of this well earned scolding though as it was his idea, I’m just an easily manipulated middle man” he replied, the lie slipping easily off his tongue as he shoved the blame for his prank off onto his brother.

Paige watched with weary eyes as her siblings tried to play a prank on old Mr Frederickson. When the plan fell to shambles, she watched from across the street at the triplets scattered, moving into one of the alleyways to they couldn’t see her. Oh, they are so dead, she thought. It was her luck that Luke ran straight into the place she was hiding, and she kept quiet until he noticed her. Crossing her arms, trying to keep the smile off of her face, Paige raised an eyebrow. “Going somewhere, Lukey?”

Luke turned to face Paige with his winning ‘I’m Lucky Luke and you can never stay mad at this face’ smile, a combination of a shit eating grin and innocent smirk as he spread his arms out as if to hug his older sister. “Hey Paigey--” he replied with a nervous chuckle, before indicating to the building next to them. “I-I was just goin’ in ....here?” he replied with a grin. “I was with Delia and Pace but they had to go home and work on uhm, a project?”

The prank had been doomed from the start, and all he could think of as he ran was ‘Paige is going to kill me’ yet he couldn’t think of that now, as he saw Pace and Odelia split into opposite directions, followed by the old man. He too kept running, the triplets already planning to meet up at their old hangout down by the lake. How long he had run he had no clue, however he rounded yet another corner before ducking into an alleyway, stifling his laughter as the old codger ran behind him....only to pass past him without noticing the elder Dotten. He grinned, resting back against the wall as he noticed someone beside him, making the boy jump. “Holy sh-- don’t do that !”

So, apparently I am too old for pranks, clearly they didn't meet Pace. Or me. or Delia.
