I find it insane how my mother can say things such as "oh, adhd and ocd and all that jazz dont exist, it's just a way for doctors to scam you", and then say stuff like "oh thats just my adhd acting up". Like no. You dont get to mentally abuse my sister into being so supportive of her, and then just say shit like this. Say stuff like how all mental issues can be cured by getting off of your phone, or taking vitamins, or not being a dark room. 'Dark rooms cause depression!' No. Just no. I'm suffering because she wont let me go see a therapist to talk about if I have adhd or not, or if there are things wrong with me, which there most definitely is. I dont understand her. She says she's there to talk to me about stuff. This is stuff I want to talk about. I'm scared if I do, then she might say my sister and father are brainwashing me or something, and wont let me see them again. My father doesn't have much custody over me. I barley see him already. I dont want either of them taken away from me. I hate my mom, but I know I'll never be able to leave.
