There are two hearings scheduled, one is scheduled for June 15 and one for June 16! The June 15 hearing is a federal hearing. Federal court does not allow any cameras therefore we won’t see him. There will be updates & the public can attend.

The June 16 hearing is a state hearing, where pictures are allowed, and in some case, it is even live-streamed like the May 18 hearing. Typically, before the hearing starts pictures are taken, but I guess it just depends on what mood Judge carro is in. Because I vividly remember with the last suppression hearing that there weren’t any pictures taken because of how abruptly it ended.

I don’t blame him for want to keep things on the down low… I thought judge Carro’s comments were uncalled for even a bit shady in my opinion, If him and his team wants to seal an hearing they have every right to do that. I don’t understand the dig of him being like “everyone is invited” let’s just say I thought it was unhinged… I feel like he looked particularly done may 18, knowing that the hearing was going to be live streamed and that he was in shackles the whole time, when in past hearings he hasn’t been shackles… so I wonder what he thinks about this state hearing not being sealed.

The 250.10 issue that was brought up, states that if a criminal defendant intends to use a mental disease as part of their defense then a written notice must be provided to the prosecution before the trial.

As the prosecution, once a written notice has been served. the district attorney can request a court order in which the defendant is required to submit a psychiatric or psychological examination

Last letter reply was June 21st 2025. Since then we aren’t quite sure if he has been sending letters to people, There are still some gatekept ones from June / July 2025.

And there is that letter he wrote to pbd that was shared a few weeks ago, besides that I think it might have been advised from him to lay low, because anything that are said in these letters can be used against him.
