She laughs then, letting it holler softly through the thick air. Her slender hand flinging up only to brush a few strands of brown hair away. “Okay… C-consider it date.” She murmurs. playfully. It’s soon though she shifts her weight nervously, startled features growing as she breaths in a shaky breath. “D-deal.. I - I mean .. d-deal.” Stutters Autumn. Watching the lad softly upon. It’s only when he speaks once more, his voice ringing through, a sweet smile creeps onto her coated flesh again. And she nods slowly. “Y-yeah.” Is all Autumn utters out as she moves along side him.

Luke chuckled a little at how flustered she got, missing the meaning behind it though. “It’s okay, I know w-w-what you m-meant.” He gave her an encouraging smile though, just to make sure she was alright about it all. The last thing he wanted was for her to think he was laughing AT her. Taking her hand in one of his and placing the other on her waist, they began to move around the room together to the music.

“Revealing. That’s a good word. Yes, I was worried that they would be too revealing and the school would send me to my dorm.” She gave him a grateful smile, “You sure? Thank you. I get confused sometimes. I have too many languages in this little ol’ head of mine.”

“W-w-well I think they’re t-too busy admiring y-y-you then clearly,” he said with a kind smile. Luke nodded at her question honestly, and shrugged a little. “I d-d-don’t think y-you’re exactly doing b-badly. Oh? Do y-y-you speak many languages?”

“Y-Y-Yeah, I’ve b-been told b-b-but that was by a person w-who was rather drunk and k-k-kind of obligated to,” he said with a smirk, remembering Viola’s drunken behavior earlier. “Oh I j-just don’t have a suit.”

“I haven’t… haven’t had any. Well… I mean I was drinking the punch but it’s punch! It’s not a drink, drink.” Of course since it had been spiked there was really no difference between the punch and everything else, but Viola wouldn’t come to that realization until the morning. Happily leaning against him, Viola giggled and pressed a soft kiss to his cheek, “Of course you’re doing well. You’re always doing well cause-cause… well I love you, duh.”

“V-V-Viola? The p-punch was s-s-spiked... A long w-while ago. How m-m-much punch did you even have?” He asked, raising an eyebrow at her. Luke comfortably lent into the kiss, and smiled softly to himself as she said this. “Duh, r-r-right. S-s-sorry, I just... I’m silly and d-d-don’t always r-remember that,” he said, guiding her to a seat so she’d be a little safer. Pulling up a chair, next to her, he brushed a strand of hair from her face. “So w-w-what are you looking forward t-t-to in the New Year?”

“Well I think you look fabulous anyway, even without a suit oh wait no… Jacket, I meant jacket!” She shook her head and giggled before stepping forward and pressing her fingers softly to his lips in a “shh” gesture, “I like your ramblings. I always talk so boring… I should ramble more. It’s cute… you’re cute. Have I told you you’re cute?”

Luke blinked startled, a bright blush filling his cheeks at her words. “Vi? Um, h-h-how much have you h-had to drink?” He would have to remind her of this when she was sober though, especially his ‘fabulous’ body. “You don’t t-talk boringly, I l-l-like how you talk. I’m cute and have a ‘fabulous’ body too? I seem to be doing pretty well tonight then,” he said with a soft smile, putting a strong arm around her though to help her stay steady and protect her a little. After her kidnapping, he got scared whenever one of them couldn’t properly care for the other.

And her hands tug a litttle onto the edge of her lacy dress before she chuckles out. “M-maybe… T-though I t-think you’d look h-handsome either way.” She mumbles, genuinely. Watching softly upon, a slight shrug given in nervousness. It’s when he offers her a hand, doe like eyes light up once more. “I’d love to.”

He saw her nervous gestures and recognized them as a part of himself. Her gentle hands tugging the dress could mirror how he fidgeted with his collar. Luke laughed again, his smile softly growing and he gave a slight bow to her. “Why th-thank you, you w-w-will have to help m-m-me find a dress in my size though, as your s-s-systems for female clothing make n-no sense t-t-t-to me.” He noticed the happiness at his offer to dance, and warmth spread inside him for it. He loved making her happy, as it seemed very few people did that for her. “R-R-Really? I-I mean uh... Follow me th-then.”

As if trying to hide the timid grin. Her teeth sinking within her flesh before she meets his eyes once more.“I f-figured… I d-didn’t .. w-wanna cry on y-you again.” She mutters. A little playfully. And it’s when he continues she lets out soft laughter. Shaking her head slightly. “W-well.. as much as I’d…like t-to see y-you in a dress… I t-think y-you look more handsome in a suit.”

Luke smiled softly at this, and nudged her arm. “H-h-hey, you can cry on me a-anytime you need. But y-y-y-yeah, it’s better seeing you smile,” he promised kindly. Luke crossed his arms and laughed at this, properly laughed. Head leaning back a moment as he did, the happy sound ringing out. “Maybe a-a-another ball then, w-w-when I don’t need t-t-to be handsome.” He paused a second before offering his hand to her. “I d-d-don’t suppose y-you’d like t-t-to dance with me w-while I wait for someone?”

Y-you think so?” Questions Autumn. Flicking up her dark hues only to smile sweetly at him. She sweeps on then. “Y-you don’t look.. so bad yourself.” Mumbles she playfully.

He nodded softly, snapping out of his somewhat trance after a moment, looking away and back, latching onto her eyes to avoid staring elsewhere. “Y-Yeah... It’s nice t-t-to see you dressed up and h-happy.” He smiled, relaxing a little and chuckling. “N-No, it’s nothing c-compared. I w-w-want a pretty dress n-now, all you g-girls are showing me up.”
