This is something that since I first started with screen printing was looking for, in fact there where a lot of unclear information about how this process is made like, using correct inks because of its opacity, using heat to cure those inks and things like that.
I was very bummed out when I saw that I couldn't really work them because if you don't have the correct tools it would end in a mess.
In fact I started watch a lot of videos and suddenly in a screen printing group on Facebook, I saw some pictures of actual works dealing with water based inks doing CYMK, which got me all excited to try it.
So I just saved a bit of money and worked in some design that would be for my first test.
I prepared everything and went to get all my supplies, knowing that this would be a total mess because I wasn't sure of the results at all.
I was aware of that I would waste money, money that I would use for doing some other things, but I really wanted to do this test.
So finally got everything, and when everything was ready for some reason I was kind of scared because I didn't wanted to spoil everything, so I left the materials and everything was paused for about 2 months.
In the mean time I was trying to get new designs, but as 1 person who do everything from the design, screen printing, packing and everything, you have to deal with cost and sometimes is just impossible to make that t-shirt that you would love to take from a sketch to a real t-shirt, and you have to keep doing simple stuff because you don't have enough money to make it.
So I started to think about new designs and things, but as soon as I started to build everything on my mind, my uncompleted test came up to my mind, and knew that I really needed to finish that.
So I went to my studio and prepared everything.
Even though I was a bit afraid of how the prints would come out, I was excited to finish something that I was waiting for so long.
I remember I saw lots of videos when they where using other order on the prints, I printed as normal:
Yellow first, then Magenta, Cyan and then Black

When the print came out as I was looking for I was so excited because it means from now I can do colorful prints.
