Adding and removing apps from your home screen is easy!
To add an app to your home screen simply tap the apps button, find the app you want on your home screen, tap and hold on the app and then place it where you would like it.
This process is usually done automatically but if it is not you can check your settings by opening the Google Play Store, tapping on the hamburger menu and tapping settings, and making sure "Add auto icon to home screen" is checked.
to remove an app from your home screen simple tap and hold on the app you'd like to remove and drag it up to the remove button, once you release the icon will be removed, NOTE this will not uninstall the app from your device, only remove the shortcut.
and that's it!

Got too many things on your android device that are taking up all your space?
In this video I show you how you can discover where your storage space is being used so you can take action and remove the things you don't want anymore.
To see where your storage is being used all you need to do is swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers and tap the settings cog.
once the settings menu opens tap storage. You will then be presented with a screen that shows you the total storage of your device, the amount of storage that is currently free, and a list of categories that break down where the storage on your device is being used. It may take a second to calculate the storage space that is being used.
To find out which apps are taking up space on your device tap on the apps category and you will be presented with a list of apps in order of date usage so you can find the apps that are using the most space.
If you have an older version of android this process will be slightly different, go to the settings menu and tap storage, the screen will be very similar to the one in the video, when you go to tap apps though the list wont be in order of data usage but you can make it in order by tapping the three dots in the top right and tapping "Sort by size"
and that's it!
