Finally drew my own MLP OC, Silent Heart. She’s been drawn by 7 other people and never by myself, so it was about time! I’m only posting this because my sister requested it lol

Njozi! My very first Leopon! She still hasn't had a baby leopon, so I'm not sure she deserves artwork... but she's cute, soooo... yeah.

Also, stupid White Roan. I didn't know I hated you until today.

Next, I need to add her flower and feather boa (and maybe jewelry). But for sure, it's Amani's turn next, the second leopon I ever owned.

Playing around with digital art. Here's a first gen leopon with that lovely Kimanjano base in a pseudo TLK style.

My goal is to make variants of this for all my leopons. Hopefully it looks at least semi-decent lol

okay since you all feel so strongly about this, let’s talk about Ben Solo (SPOILERS obviously)

so I see a lot of you haven’t seen the film and feel frustrated that OKAY LAST SPOILER WARNING ben dies. so this is coming from someone who’s actually seen the movie.

you feel he deserved better. I get that. but like.. he didn’t?

hey, I’m not saying I didn’t want him to live and have a happily ever after. but…

he’s still a war criminal? he murdered and tortured innocents?

again, I love that problematic ass emo boy, don’t get me wrong.

but you know what would’ve been worse? if he’d survived and moved to Tatooine with rey. because bendemption doesn’t erase his past. 

in fiction there’s a certain number and level of evil a character is allowed to do and still earn a happy ending. once they cross a line, the only redemption is sacrifice.

kylo ren crossed that line over and over again.

he killed his father.

in a way, killed his mother too.

he was a galaxy-ruling tyrant. 

you don’t come back from that. not as a person, not as a character (two different things)

I find it beautiful that he died for his love.

a supreme leader undone by the love of two women. his mother and a girl that believed in him, in ben solo.

isn’t it beautiful how kylo wanted to be like vader and in the end ben was? true redemption in death. 

vader died anakin.

kylo died ben.

both died a jedi’s death.

if you can’t see the poetry and beauty in that, I don’t know what to tell you
