when i was a kid we went on a family trip to kangaroo island and visited this venomous animal showing because the poster had a snake on it (cool). but it was ALL spiders (my mum and i are arachnophobic, probably shouldve expected this). at one point there was a funnelweb running around our legs (DANGEROUS), and the guy showing us the spiders just went "oh! i was looking for that one!"

it's so ridiculous that i'd think it was safely pre-planned somehow if it weren't for the fact that he'd also just accidentally let a tarantula escape in front of us (he opened its case and tilted it towards everyone so we could get a closer look??)
