I was thinking, why not draw an fandom AU for my animation portfolio? Here we go. A short story of Norway, Denmark and nyo-Iceland. Below is a summary.

In a quiet Nordic town, 14-year-old Edda and her friend Lixiang temporarily take charge of her family’s art gallery while Edda’s adoptive father, Matthias, is away. Among a new shipment of paintings is a mysterious portrait of a woman’s back, which begins to trigger strange phenomena. Visitors who view the painting fall into inexplicable depression, prompting Edda and Lixiang to investigate its origins. Their search leads them on a supernatural journey through time, where they uncover painful family secrets—especially about Lukas, a troubled artist with deep ties to Edda. Accompanied by Lixiang, Edda confronts her family’s tragic past, bringing healing not only to herself but to the town. The story weaves together themes of family, art, and the journey toward reconciliation and emotional healing.
