For a moment, the dream happened at my irl primary school. I got onto a truck or something and as it was moving the dream shifts to the rpg. I was in a hot area like some kind of volcanic or crater section of the world with a red stony ground and a gray sky, my character was walking to the right and was all by himself.
After passing a couple of dead trees, a cutscene starts. The cutscene entails my character looking at an U.F.O. with 2 other characters looking straight at an alien with tentacles and snail-like eyes, my character approaches too and the alien challenges us to catch him right before zapping all of us with some kind of laser.
The laser turns all 3 of us into slimes, we then get abducted. When the cutscene ends I wake up inside some kind of sci-fi jail cell, but repurposed for pets, there was even a red dog bowl.
The other 2 characters immediately joined my party and I open the main menu to check their stats. This is the first time I get a glimpse of the ui. It was the same graphics as final fantasy, but semi-transparent, blue background with white outline. It differs however in that the menu is very horizontal. My hero character was listed on the rightmost side of the main big panel with the stats and all. My character went from a blonde boy with a red jacket to a spiky reddish pale slime with spikes on its top, the character to his left was a blue slime and the last party member was a green slime.
Funnily, they were sorted by "levels" and in the dream I felt like this was the job/class level not the actual level, think of it as sorcerer vs magician, so it's not as important. This is further supported by the fact that on the job field it just read "slime" for all 3 of them. My character was basically the best slime of the bunch.
I checked each character individually to see if they had any skills or passives and yes they did. The green slime was the most uneventful, it had three things, but I can't remember what they were, one of these must have been a basic attack of sorts. The blue slime was an aqua slime and it had way too many skills to keep up, I notably remember seeing 2 passives, one was something along the lines of evaporation or becoming dehydrated (because of course, it's a slime made of water!) so it would take damage over time depending on the environment and if exposed to heat, I read the description of the passive in-dream and it also drains the character's health during combat due to effort. Basically, the slime would become sweaty and that also hurts it. The second other passive I remember was just literally named "water absorb" and it does exactly what you think it does. My hero character with the spines on its top had a "lunge" attack that would propel it by spinning into an enemy with the spikes facing them directly. The animation would have been similar to that of a Spania from Super Paper Mario.
I go to sleep, and I wake up back as a normal human being on a flowery field with butterflies. The dream jump cuts forward, no cutscenes or anything, and I'm in battle. The battle was incomprehensible it was probably every single enemy in the entire game ever everywhere on the screen and off-screen, like absolutely all of them, mostly people from what I can tell though. This is where it's revealed that my character is wielding a machine gun (or maybe it's just spam clicking) and I shot bullets so incredibly quickly that I was killing many enemies in seconds. Due to the sheer volume of enemies swarming me I got dangerously close to death several times.
