so !! if ya’ll haven’t noticed, my activity mostly everywhere has been Not So Great recently, which means i’m putting my rw / by muses on a temp break. they’re getting a vacation. i don’t wanna go into much detail for personal reasons, but i just Cannot keep any of them around for two seconds for various reasons, so hiatus is the way to go. Yes, i will be back. when ?? i don’t know !! maybe a few weeks, i’ll keep the dash updated. but in the meantime, i’ll maybe be lurking on discord, maybe working on other non rwby blogs, ect. thank you for understanding and i will return to torture this rpc soon enough. 👌🏻

( DO NOT REBLOG ) THE COLOUR RED. most commonly &. most universally associated with blood , though in some parts of the world , red has been used to symbolize many other things : such as heat , activity , passion , anger , love &. joy. in some cultures , red is even symbolic to what seems to follow ruby the most : death , which can be linked back to the red marks &. eyes of grimm , certain enemies ( emerald , cinder &. salem , just to name a few. )  although above all , red has shown to be most commonly associated with courage , something ruby’s shown tremendous amounts of throughout volumes 1 all up to the current six : fending off a dangerous criminal ( s ) right from the get go , going against hoards of grimm either alone OR with a comrade despite her heart beating explosively in her chest , watching loved ones die &. still having the strength to carry on &. fight despite battling the negative emotions in which spawn , ect. things aren’t easy for any of them right now , but somehow ruby still manages to remain strong.

        from day one , it’s been a vow that little red has made with every ounce of soul : to protect , to be a shining beacon in the darkest of nights so that the lost may find their way home safe &. sound. the journey hasn’t been easy by any means , &. ruby knows it never truly will be. the creatures &. people out there , sent in the name of a devil to take rose youth’s head as a trophy , are relentless in their efforts &. with each passing day , but she’ll continue on regardless. leader of the pack , protective little wolf with a team so large her heart spills over from love. &. even on his own , warrior boy gold is no exception. silver eyes look unto jaune , near teary ,  vocals strangled in a sheer state of awe &. the rest of her near almost shivering akin to a leaf caught in a wind storm. ‘ for putting me back together ‘ , he says &. with a tone that makes him seem so sure of himself that ruby is his salvation. it’s overwhelming to be truthful , though as she takes heavy breaths &. hesitates not to grasp at jaune’s hands ( tight squeeze ) , ease washes over entirety &. strength returned once more.        ❛   ... thank you for believing in me. i -- i’m not the best team leader out there , but ..   ❜  pause. a kiss placed to the back of arc’s hand. ❛   i’m trying my best.   ❜
