Hello, I'm Star! Starraine/Starlight, whichever! I am an American artist; I am from NYC! I go by she/her, and I'm currently 24! My birthday is February 4th (02/04). Currently I just work and draw, not too sure about future stuff <:3 I am very slow at drawing but looking to be better at that.

My art is going to be about DoL (degrees of lewdity) and BTD/BTD2/YKMET/TPOF (Gatobob's games basically). Please serve this as a warning that those games (and any other games like this that I do find interest in at some point.) are triggering for some people. So please if you are one of those people, step away. I cannot say that I will draw those things (as I believe some things are out of my ability to draw currently) but there will still be that content on this blog. I don’t condone a lot of the things that happen in any of these games. My consumption of fiction will strictly stay fictional, and I do not equate anything that happens in the game to reality.

But I will preface that not everything is in my taste, and I will avoid certain content at will. I will not say what type of content as I don't want to stir anything up, but it is only my worry, and I would like to keep it that way. I'm sure everyone is wonderful, but I can't see myself really interacting with people who have certain tastes that I distain. This doesn't mean we can't have a conversation about other stuff! Just not everything, hopefully that makes sense.

hi everyone sorry for the inactivity!! I feel bad when my accounts never stay consistent or I don’t make any art for them (i feel bad when I don’t make art at all.)

I suppose I would say that I’m not too much into dol anymore, I think ive said this before, but i would like to mention that it isn’t due to like whatever happened all those months ago but more so that… I don’t feel like a passionate person anymore about things. I still like Whitney but I fear that I’m not into him as much anymore even though I like his type of character. Whoa venty I know right but it’s been a year since I found dol and I’m happy with the few people I have met and the art I produced but I’ve always had a problem with switching fandoms and having accounts mix into each to the point where I have millions of accounts. This isn’t the first or last time I changed accounts for something new I’m into. I want to keep this blog but if I make anything that isn’t dol related or adjacent then it won’t be posted here.

I fear that I’m not too much of a passionate person to my art anymore and the things I do make, I don’t share because they feel.. cringe? I don’t know but I have been making oc content kinda, not sure if here or anywhere is the place to share it since it would feel a little pointless and it would save me the disappointment. It’s a silly thing to really worry about but I think it’s from wanting to make more art friends but it falling short due to me never knowing what to completely do? I’ll figure it out eventually.

But ahh other than that, work has been draining me of my energy and time mostly to why I don’t draw as much honestly. I want to draw more but blegh, picking between rest and drawing is kinda hard when I wanna do both, frustrating even. Recently I have been drawing more but again, strictly oc content and it sucks that I want to share but fear that there might not be any care to it. Which in the grand of it all, is fine, but still suck all the same.

But ahhh I think that’s it? I can’t keep any promises but to try harder and make better decisions on my art. I do like my art but not too much as I tend to struggle a lot. I want to be better but have my own flare. I don’t know I will figure it out but if you want to stay, thank you! If not, I get it!

Releasing my PC into the wild. His name’s Anthony and I don’t care about him. Don’t let his innocent smile fool you, he’s a little shit.

Anthony is quite popular with the other students and people often describe him as “calming and dazzling”, but in reality is a sadist scrapper who enjoys getting in fights, but knows how to mask it really well. Whitney doesn’t trust his ass and think he’s a threat to his reputation (enemies to lovers type of sht). Avery is not sure if he loves or hates the fact that they’re so similar but it’s convenient regardless. About Kylar, Anthony doesn’t necessarily hate him, but he would like him to stop stealing his underwear >:( (he stopped wearing anny bc of him).

His biggest insecurity is his big chest. People won’t stop talking about how big it is, and it’s already bag enough that his uniform barely fits, but guys constantly harass him over it (specially Whitney).

Torment your girlfriend by cutting your hair on a whim (hair cutting is one of her many fears)

Clem still has a fear of big chops, not particularly short hair, so she met Whitney when his hair is long so when he cuts it short for the first time, it throws her into hysterics. But every time after that she gets upset still but it calms down after a bit as she gets used to it. Sometimes Whitney does it to mentally torture her cause he thinks it’s funny

anyway, i gave Clem a different design as she is now 19 and meets Whitney when they both attend college/uni and whatnot. I changed her character a little bit to where she isnt as shy and introverted. And she's a little freakier, with her thoughts but she still likes and HORRIBLE attention Whitney gives her, and she likes it when he's... pushy? But I'll have more stuff to draw when I get to it, but I like this doodle, sigh i love Whitney so much

Sorry for the silence, I haven’t really been mentally well and needed a break. Also i needed a break from digital art so I just been drawing in my sketchbook and the change is nice.

Regarding all the other stuff with dol and all that drama that happened (I don't know everything but from what I read and heard from others, it's a headache and upsetting tbh.), I would like to still post about my favs really. I've been working on other things that just make dol.. make sense to me. Take that as me turning the npcs I like into OCs and it will be a slow process since I'm still trying to figure out how I want to present them and their settings. I like written this and saved it as a draft like weeks ago, but I was still unsure about talking about anything because it was frustrating and confusing. It just sucks that after a very long time, (I will say about 5 years tbh cause technically that's how long it's been) I haven't drawn anything consistently as dol. I still like all the PC characters I have made, and I think I'll still utilize them going on. I just don't want to go back to like... not ever drawing anymore cause passion is dull for me and it's already hard for to find passion in anything at all. Anyway, I still love love Whitney and the way I characterize him, and I have a lot of ideas for him and my pcs going forward. Same go for the other school LIs, Aurelio and whatnot. Some character I don't think I will ever draw unless asked but that's my extent. Soon, I'll come back to drawing WhitneyPC stuff when I get back to drawing on Clip! I also have an interest in Alex, and I made a PC for him too LMAOO but that's really it from me! See yall soon!
