art can amplify voices, it can't give a voice. art can foster culture but it doesn't create it, it is a mirror of culture. I'm blessed to be in #Canoa, #Ecuador for the next week working on #fiestadecolores - a project taking place as a reaction to the recent earthquake that devastated the infrastructure of the town and it's tourism economy - to collaborative make murals and celebrate the tenacity of the people here is the current challenge - #afuego 🇪🇨 (at Canoa Beach)
