so i’ve noticed people seem to be struggling a little bit with finding stories on RC that they want, especially wlw. so i just thought this rec list might help!
stories that do a pretty good job of balancing out LIs and dont sideline wlw ones:
Love From Outer Space — LIs: miranda & ursula
Sophie’s Ten Wishes (MC is a canon wlw) — LIs: daisy & blake
Path of the Valkyrie — LIs: liod & unconfirmed vanadis
Rage of the Titans — LI: heather (however it’s worth noting MC canonly has an ex-boyfriend. however they’re broken up at the beginning of the story, so you can treat this as MC is a newly realized lesbian or is bisexual if you want)
stories where a man will annoyingly pine over your MC but you can ignore him and still just romance a woman:
Seduced by the Rhythm — LI: claire
Sails in the Fog — LIs: chris & lorenza
Shadows of Saintfour — LI: stephanie (comes in later in s1 and stays equally prominent in s2 and on)
stories where the LIs are kinda imbalanced but the wlw route is still well fleshed out. the male characters sometimes take precedence over her tho. read with caution:
Sins of London — LI: abigail
Heaven’s Secret — LI: mimi
My Hollywood Story — LIs: alex & ellen
stories i recommend just avoiding entirely if you want a fleshed out wlw experience:
Dracula: A Love Story — LI: sandra, very sidelined (not as a character but as a LI)
Moonborn — LI: trisha & frances (extremely sidelined and even belittled sometimes. trust me, dont do it to yourself)
Queen in 30 Days — LI: none that are endgame romances
