Things i cant stand

One thing i cant stand the most is when someone promotes selfharm. Theres this one account on instagram and all she does it show her cuts and her blades and signs that say help me. Like okay, ill help you. But you telling people where to get things and showing things that are triggering to others, thats not okay. There are a lot of accounts on there and every social media that does that, but we shouldnt be promoting self harm! How would adults feel if they saw that kids are seeing these things that say 'oh my math teacher is an ass so i cut because he gave me a bad grade.' No thats not what we should be teaching these next generations! We should be teaching them that, yes everyone has their problems, but to go to someone when they need help, even when its harder then hell.

it’s not bad or selfish or wrong to desire attention and love when you are feeling ill and upset. sometimes, you need other people to keep you afloat. that’s okay. you are not a burden. being needy is not a bad thing. you deserve to be cared for. it’s okay to ask for help.

So my sister said the other day that i don't need to lose weight, granted I'm also the smallest (in weight) in my family, but i was drinking the breakfast essentials things and i stopped having an appetite till dinner and is it bad that i find happiness in it?
