i decided to just finish it today, at last.

The main story is over, Alastor is free from Vox, Vox is suffering for what he did, dut the trauma won't go away easily. Long-long years of coping and recovery are ahead, and Alastor will have to face his feelings much more than he would like lol. Yeah i have few comics planned that are going to show his recovery, few scenes that i may even write as a fic, not as a comic, because it focused more on feelings, and texts are better at conveying that and allowing to actually feel what the character is feeling.
The main story is over, but i still have some additional parts that are just as much canon, i just decided not to include them right now, because i was noticing that some people were getting tired from the story, especially from Alastor's sufferings not ening (because the depressing part actually took much longer than it really should have, in like phasing, but i've already took out everything i could to not hurt the narrative too much and make that part of the story have reasonable lengh). Moments, that were taken out, don't have much importance to the plot, but they show more of what Alastor and Vox's relationships were specifically during the year they've "dated".
Plus some scenes from the first year of their deal, before everything went downhill. And a scene where they talk after The canon bar scene, but i actually want to do something... special with it. You really don't wanna miss it, so, stay tuned.

I decided to go against my better judgement and post it as it is lol. Disclaimer, i do not agree with Alastor on what you should do to yourself, and if you are having such thoughts, please, seek help.
I'm unsure about his future design yet, maybe it'll change. Also, look at him, he's educated now :'3
And yes, i have some ideas about how canon events are gonna go without Vox. First season isn't gonna change lol, but season 2... Velvette may have to take the spot there.
And, of course, i have some ideas about Alastor and Angel interactions! Obviously.
173 pages in 3 months... and the first draft had only 65 pages by the way!!!!!! I thought i'd be done with it in one month AND I WOULD HAVE, but i just kept coming up with more pages, more scenes, partially from the questions that were appearing in the comments, partially because i wanted to expend some secnes (like in the first draft nothing existed between first 3 pages of part 8 and last 3 pages of part 13. And then between last pages of part 13 and last 2 pages of part 20... and many other scenes.)
But for now, thank you, everyone, who have read (I MEAN ACTUALLY READ) the comic, left comments and shared your emotions. This was overall a wonderful experience for me, and i'm really glad to know, that comic did exactly what i was creating it for: helped some SA victims to process their feelings, share them freely and feel support. Also, gave more visibility to sex-repulsed aces, which wasn't planned from the start, but was a natural thing to happen.
This comic gave me SO MUCH attention, that i've never had before, even in the best days of my first era. And i don't know how i'm going to live without 100500 comments appearing just in the first hour, ATTENTION IS SUCH A DRUG GUYS, I'M REALLY ADDICTED!!!!!! PLEASE FEED ME.
I'm probably going to take a little break. In a couple of days i'm going to be reblogging all the stuff that people were making inspired by this comic (and not only) haha, there is some really good stuff! Basically (almost) everything where i was tagged.
And after that I'll continue with Breakfast or RotRD (i maybe even post a poll to decide which one to do first). And after that back to some sweet angsty radiosilence in Forced Broadcast. And of course i'll be posting for other AUs, like Blinded and Turned humans sometimes when i have the mood... and some other stuff... yeah.

I bet this isn't want yall expected HUH? Yeah, i have very unique (?) thoughts about Alastor's broadcast. I saw some artists depicting him literally in his radio tower ripping sinners limb from limb, but like. It's boring and it's so not Alastor to me. Broadcasting screams is much more sophisticated (holds a teacup like a princess) than you may think.
Okay so, i was wondering in which of my big comics i'll get to Alastor putting someone of the broadcast first. Never would've guessed that it would be this one.
Also, this comic helped me to finally figure out the last part of Alastor's ritual that i had missing, what force is tearing the souls apart. So, um, remember in breakfast, people were joking like, why Velvette was screaming? - because her best dresses were destroyed in fromt of her or smth... WELL, THESE JOKES WEREN'T TOO FAR OFF LOL
Also, i have only Val left to put in Alastor's broadcast out of the Vees. Velvette was there in Breakfast AU, Vox is about to be sent there in this one... Val remains. I'm betting on canon Al to put him in the broadcast.
Also!!!!! Thank you to all the smarties in the comments who explained how the deal broke to those who didn't catch up. Yall my heroes, i'd probably die if i had to explain in 50+ times. Both in tumblr and tiktok.
Alright, explaining everything last time. Alastor made Vox to skip a day or 2 (i'm honestly still can't remember the math i did im stupid okay 😭) and think that the New Year comes earlier than it actually is. Last time they had sex on January 1st of 1964 and next was supposed to be on january 1st of 1965, but ended up being on dec 30-31 of 1964, making it twice a year. Deal SPECIFICALLY says ONCE a year, so, unless Alastor asked for more, Vox having sex with him more than once a year is against the deal. And yes, Alastor hired someone to set the fireworks early, it's not said, but implied.

First off, to all those people who unironically thought and said that Alastor should/woud top this time: I'm so fucking disappointed with yall. Have you understood nothing?! The problem isn't that he's bottoming, the problem is the sex itself god damn it! Al literally can't top, because he DOESN'T WANT IT AT ALL. NO MATTER THE POSITION, NO. If the problem could've been solved with just switching, the comic wouldn't exist.

Woah it's not even 5 in the morning im earrrlyyy (who cares its white nights here at this time of the year and the sun is almost up already). um, anyway-
made this for some people that keep asking these. Mostly in tiktok, but sometimes here as well.
was debating on the last page, if i even should add it. It had different text, and even different setting, but it was too similar to the previous page... and then i sketched this and people in discord were destroyed, ao i was like, okay im adding that in.
I... i honestly lost the logic of Alastor's time manipulation, but it's there trust, i'm just dumb, and i could grasp the logic of that plan only for a short time, that was enough to sketch everything out, and then i lost it.
But basically, Alastor cut out 2 days, so if Vox catches on the leap year thing, Al would still have one day for safety. Or if vox suspected that Alastor somehow messed with calendars (which he did) and decided to wait one more day. But basically Alastor was pretending the whole year that he's not planning to look for any ways out, and kept playing the docile boyfriend role, so Vox wouldn't be suspicious.
And he even found some random alcoholic to chellenge Vox and make him drink to blackout (Vox knows Alastor has higher Alcohol tolerance and if Alastor would suggest a challenge, he would be suspicious of it)
I even had a whole scene in my head with said alcoholic and Alastor hiring him, bit then i decided that the comic doesn't need 10 pages of backstory for this random guy, so it never made it even in the first draft. Basically it's all in the dialogue, but in case you didn't get it because of course someone didn't: his wife sold his child for some drugs, and he made a deal with Alastor that Alastor would put her on the broadcast for a favour in return.
Usually Alastor doesn't do "requests" or even "commissions" (lol) because like. First of, radio is his form of art, his hobby, and he knows better than anyone when you try to make a profit out of your hobby, it stops being a hobby. That's why i don't do commissions too, haha. But in this case he's really despearte, and doesn't have much to offer to a random alcoholic he doesn't know, and being the asking position isn't his style.
Also, at this point i realised that to most people in hell in the alvox relationships Alastor is the predator, taking advantage of this cute naive newby in hell (10 years being dead is nothing) (Alastor has been dead for just slightly over 30 years, and in scale of eternal suffering it's also nothing, but people tend to forget that because of his power).
Somewhere like 60 years later, on r/radiodemon someone asks "how bad of a person you should be for TRD call you a monster?". Theories, theories...

Oof. I was wondering why it took me so long to finish this one, and then i realised that it's honking EIGHT PAGES!!! SINCE WHEN?!! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE JUST 5
Um, anyway, this part is a casual reminder why Vox deserved everything that is coming for him.
Vox doesn't know he's causeing literal war sex flashbacks with his wires, and finds it adorable and cute how Alastor freezes whenever the wire touches him. Alastor hates it but won't tall Vox how much it actually hurts him, not wanting to look weaker than he already is.
Alastor is gripping into his newfound hope as hard as he can, or he'll just break and give up at all.
Alright, i promise, this was the last part of Alastor suffering horrendously and helplessly (in the comic, binus parts however? oh boy). From here we are moving to the ending. Buckle up.
Okay, some of you being like "oh no im late" guys, bros, lads, dudes, we ain't at school, there is no such thing as "late"!! Especially in the first 24 hours LOL. And yet again i'm speedrunning all 5 pages in one night day instead of drawing it in normal time over days.
ALASTOR FINALLY KNOWS HOW HE'S GONNA GET OUT AND IS SO HAPPY ABOUT IT! What he's planning? You'll learn soon.
AND CARMILLA LORE DROP LIKE ACTUALLY? A LITTLE BIT? A little bit of explanation, my headcanon that Carmilla ended up in hell couple decades before Alastor. And got reunited with her family AND THAT WASN'T A GOOD THING, because head of the family was some old af ancestor of her, and he of course was abusive as well. So yeah, Carmilla didn't have it good in her first years in hell. Was she specifically SAed? I will not confirm nor deny it. But this is why she's able to catch so easily red flags of someone going through abuse. At first just vibes, then more specific details.
But YOU. HAVE. NO FUCKING IDEA HOW MUCH I'M HOLDING MYSELF FROM DOING ANOTHER BONUS PART where Alastor has a severe mental breakdown and makes some poor desicions that only worsen it. And another part where Vox is actually being nice and sweet and it almost looks like that their relationships may not be as bad and may actually work. Almost. And another part where Vox notises the signs of Al's depression, gets conserned, but not enough to understand what that means and accidentally triggers a flashback for Alastor... and so many more. After all, they still have to live through [purposefuly obscured amount of time] of their "partnership", before Alastor finally gets out. Also bonus parts of their first year before sex, and how Alastor tries to keep living right after, and the pre-deal part of them talking after the bar scene... so. fucking. many. ideas. HELP. but i really wanna make the breakdown one. Someone even said that it hit harder than part 13, which i don't really see, BUT STILL.
YALL GET SEE IT ONE DAY I PROMISE, I just wanna get to the ending as soon as possible, because damn. this been going on MUCH longer than i expected. I mean, first draft had just 65 pages, and this part was supposed tobe like at page 35 or something. And because of how long it's going we're all getting little bit tired of it, including me.
Also, hey, the pride month started and I ACTUALLY HAD ANOTHER COMIC PLANNED FOR IT?? I promise the one i'm planning IS SHORT, LIKE AROUND 20 PAGES, and it's about origin of one of my weirdly specific Alastor headcanons, and it's for pride month because it's kinda starts from something on the topic of aceness, and the counsil (discord) decided that it fits the pride month lol.
