@luvisia-a
Don’t know if this has been done but what was your 11th most played song?
I know that everybody has made Linda the ‘villain’ of the PTA Sans AU but please consider:
Linda being resistant to her new monster neighbors at first and attempting to change them into something more ‘humanized’ and ‘normal’, thinking she’s doing them a favor, but actually learning to accept them as they are when they accept her for who she is.
Sans and Linda starting off on the wrong foot and becoming ‘mortal enemies’ until they eventually get to learn more personal stuff about each other and why they do things that irritate each other.
The other moms (and dads) are afraid of Linda’s ability to ‘effortlessly’ handle everything. She’s also seen as bossy because of the way she takes control of most events and activities. Little do they know that she’s internally a nervous wreck from balancing so many things at once.
Linda might act like she never needs a shoulder to cry on, and she may appear unsympathetic to the problems of others, but imagine her leaping to her friends’ defense whenever they’re feeling down or being attacked.
Linda actually knows a few good puns and jokes, but she hides her sense of humor from most people because it was always considered ‘immature’ and ‘improper’ in her household. When Sans challenges her to a battle (of puns) Linda takes everyone off guard by unleashing some of the best plays on words that the room of parents has ever heard. Sans still wins, but it’s a hard-won victory.
Papyrus inviting Linda to one of Undyne’s cooking classes. Linda is mortified but kind of takes control in the kitchen, doing everything with a special touch! (Secretly she’s an amazing cook. It was her childhood dream to be a five star chef, but her dream was crushed, so she can really relate to Papyrus’ passion.) She politely encourages him to improve nonetheless and compliments Undyne’s teaching methods despite turning down their invitation to another class.
Frisk becoming friends with Linda’s children (who initially bully them) in the same way that they first befriended the monsters in the underground. Linda takes notice of this and starts to question her actions. Is it really right of her to allow her children to treat other children with little respect just because their upbringings and values don’t agree?
Linda and Sans still being lowkey competitive and passive aggressive because they still don’t completely agree with each other despite having a ‘truce’ (but it’s pretty chill after they kinda get to know each other?)
The other moms arrange a ‘mom’s night out’ and prefer to invite Sans over Linda because they all have some animosity towards her. Sans is fine with this at first, but Toriel convinces him to convince the other moms to invite Linda. They all end up going to the bar where Grillby works. After a few drinks, Linda is spilling her feelings everywhere and the night ends in several rounds of group hugs for each sobbing parent.
Linda developing into a better person than she was before because of her new monster neighbors.
'JENNA? DO YOU WANNA GO?' EXCUSE ME, YOU FILTHY PINEAPPLE ON PIZZA HEATHEN, WERE YOU TALKING TO ME??? DISGUSTING.
GOSH DARN RIGHT I WAS TALKING TO YOU, YOU PIZZA ELITIST.
WHO MADE THE PIZZA STANDARDS? AND WHY SHOULD I ABIDE BY THEM? I EXPERIMENT AND FORM MY OWN OPINIONS. I BREAK TRADITION. AND MY OPINION IS THAT SOME PINEAPPLE MAKES FOR A BOMB ASS PIZZA.
DID YOU KNOW IT TAKES THREE YEARS FOR A PINEAPPLE TO MATURE? PROBABLY NOT IF YOU’RE COMING AT ME WITH THIS IMMATURE ‘TRADITIONAL PIZZA TOPPINGS ONLY!’ MENTALITY.
PINEAPPLES ARE SWEET AS HECK AND THEY’RE GREAT MEAT TENDERIZERS. WHY DO YOU THINK THEY PUT PINEAPPLES ON THE HAM AT THANKSGIVING? WHY NOT ON MY SAUSAGE AND HAM PIZZA?
IT’S MORE THAN DESERVING OF BEING A PIZZA STAPLE TOPPING, SO STAY IN YOUR LANE. YOU CAN TOP WITH ANCHOVIES FOR ALL I CARE.
Who… who made the pizza standards???? I AM THE PIZZA STANDARDS.
It takes pineapples three years to mature and yet??? Where is its job, how is it providing income, IT ISN’T. BECAUSE ALTHOUGH IT MAY BE MATURE IT IS NO WHERE NEAR THE PROPER MENTALITY TO BE A DIGNIFIED MEMBER OF SOCIETY. IT NEEDS TO BE DEAD INSIDE LIKE THE REST OF US, HOW DARE IT. Takes me 30 years to mature and yet I am better than your God damn pineapple, which is neither pine nor an apple, so add ‘lying son of a bitch’ to the cons of its existence.
Pineapple may be sweet, oho yes, just like you they may be sweet buT THEY ARE STRINGY. THEIR TEXTURE IS STRINGY BECAUSE THEY ARE WOVEN OUT OF SIN AND LIES. No pineapples touch my ham, how dare you come into my home with these atrocious concepts, I NEVER.
Listen you have crossed a line with this anchovies business, ACTING AS IF YOU KNOW ME AND MY EATING HABITS OH ABSOLUTELY NOT. NO FISH OR TROPICAL FRUIT SHALL TOUCH MY PIZZA.
to wrap it up:
You really wanna test me? Okay, back up. Hold on a sec.
PINEAPPLE HAS A JOB. Or rather, it would have a job if CERTAIN PICKY EATERS (ahem, YOURSELF AND YOUR EMBODIMENT OF UNOBSERVED PIZZA STANDARDS) COULD LET IT PROSPER AND FLOURISH IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY. Pineapple brings the fun back to pizza. Pineapple is a daring entrepreneur! And don’t even try that shit! Pineapples were literally just MINDING THEIR OWN BUSINESS when people came and ASSUMED THINGS OF THEM! Named them for something that THEY WERE NOT. It wasn’t the pineapple’s fault that nobody took the time to get to know it.
NO. THAT’S FUCKING FALSE. You know why pineapple is stringy? Do you really want to know, oh mighty pizza connoisseur? Pineapple is stringy in texture so that it can expose the sin and lies of those that oppose it when it gets stuck in the teeth of those that would TALK SHIT about it! It exposes the hypocrites and the fakes without even lifting a finger!
AND DON’T EVEN TRY TO TELL ME YOU’VE NEVER SEEN THIS.
A COMMON COURSE OF THE AMERICAN THANKSGIVING DINNER.
You can continue to express your disgust for pineapples and anchovies, Jenna, but you’d better FACT CHECK™ next time.

request for @weeklysylveon! hope you like it!
when i was 12 i babysat this girl for a few years and she would come to me and show me her art, drag me by my wrists and point at the pieces she’d made during the week. and she’d be like “do the voice” and i’d put on a sports-announcer olympics-style voice and be like “such form! this level of coloring! why i haven’t seen such perfection in crayola in a long time. and what is this? why jeff, now this is a true risk… it seems she’s made … a monochrome pink canvas…. i haven’t seen this attempted since winter 1932… and i gotta say, jeff, it’s absolutely splendid” and she’d fall back giggling. at the end of every night she’d check with me: “did you really like it?” and i’d say yes and talk about something i noticed and tucked her in.
she was just accepted into 3 major art schools. she wrote me a letter. inside was a picture from when she was younger. monochrome pink.
“thank you,” it said, “to somebody who saw the best in me.”
Best cartoon dad ever :)
