Someone posted this on Instagram. And it hit me hard. Because im constantly being attacked. Saying "you're so selfish" "you only do what heather wants to do" and blah blah. When its sooo not true. This is sadly a issue that people dont understand. They cant wrap their minds around the fact that we really believe you dont care. It's sad cause we need the slightest reassurance DAILY. Just because we attack ourselves and others attack us. Even if you dont think it that way.. We do... And we rethink it over and over again. And so we cut so deep and we tighten the rope. Whatever the case may be. We feel that other peoples lives would be better for everyone if we weren't in it... I think it constantly. It is a never ending battle in my head to stay alive. And you don't understand just how much it takes to think so hard about what would actually happen after.. Please if you know anyone who struggles with deoression or anxiety or anything. Please tell them how much you appreciate them. Everyday you can. Because it really is the little things that help us get through the day!

As someone who identifies as bisexual, I chose to spend the rest of my life with a man, because he is the love of my life. I’ve never had sex with a woman, and due to these circumstances, probably never will. But that doesn’t make me any less bisexual. Don’t let circumstances erase your validity and self-worth. You’re important, and just because you never had an experience, you can still identify the way that you want.
