because kai’s first hand is obviously for krystal as we have discussed in the past, while his second hand is clearly for Taemin

if we’re going to go into textual evidence, let’s start with the basics

as we all know, Taemin and Kai have known each other since trainee days, as was shown on the 4 Things episode from when Taemin had his solo debut

like lmao tbt to when everyone thought that Kai was Taemin’s brother when this picture got released

then there’s of course Taemin and Kai’s first award show together!!! 2011 gayo daejun!!! 

in this video at 56 seconds you can clearly see Amber (bless her) pushing Kai towards Taemin and then soon enough to two sweet bubs are smiley and laughing and just so cute they’re such good pals

then maxstep happened and that was truly a blessing like come on taekai in a car together

u know what weird fanfics happened after that and i’m not ashamed to say i read a fair few of them

plus let’s not forget the iconic Pretty Boy and all it’s performances!!! the jam of all jams. truly a bop. best hit. my all time favorite song ever honestly

Good read, but why is the "1 hand" for Krystal? LMAO. They barely interact even though they're "still together" and they're never in the same country. And Jongin's spare time are always for his F4 friends (Taemin, Moonkyu and Kwonho), otherwise he stays at home.

Jongin has never called Taemin "hyung". It's always "Taeminnie" or "Taemin-ah".

You didn’t flip your shit when Taemin and Kai were close….(or even sehun and kai or taemin and sehun) Literally that is some half ass logic there!!!  Look Sehun and Kyungsoo are FRIENDS just like Taemin and Kai are FRIENDS.. Honestly, you all need to shut up and stop spreading rumours.

Stop it. It's not doing anybody any favours and you're only putting someone's friendship in a bad light due to how they act around each other in p u b l i c. It's disgusting how lowly you think of Taemin and Jongin's relationship with each other. First of all, to those who keep insisting that Jongin's mad at Taemin for not answering a phone call/text, reevaluate yourself. They've been best friends since 2007, that's almost TEN years. Do you really think that Jongin's so petty that he'd get angry over something so small? Especially since they're both prone to losing their phones? I can answer that for you. They've been friends for years, know each other's habits and have admitted that they accept it and see it as "donating". So, no. No, they wouldn't fight over something so stupid. Secondly, it's been reinforced time and time and again, that they see each other on daily/weekly basis (if their schedule permits). Taemin has confirmed this. Jongin has confirmed this. Kibum, Jungmyeon, Chanyeol, Jonghyun: all of their members have complained or talked about their friendship numerous times already. Jongin and Taemin have both clarified that they talk occasionally (saying that they call each other every day). It's been going on for years, I don't see any reason why that would change. Even with their bad habits of losing phones, the fact that they don't forget about this says something. Thirdly, Taemin has kept in touch with Jongin since his trainee days to his debut in 2012. He's that important to him. STOP DEVALUING THE IMPORTANCE OF THEIR FRIENDSHIP TO EACH OTHER. Just because they don't interact in a public event, an awards show no less, you're going to assume situations? Take those situations as facts with no reliable source to back it up? That's fucking laughable. They've always been pretty private friends unless they're in an SM concert. Or unless they're asked by the MCs. Or unless they're on a program that allowed them to freely invite their friends to celebrate with them (WGM, 4Things, etc). They've had awards shows in between those times where they didn't interact at all and no one batted an eyelash back then. Lastly- really? You're all going to believe fanaccounts? One that has no photo/video evidence to go with words that anyone could've just made up? Please... Stop. That's embarrassing. Did they have a fist fight in the middle of a stage for everybody to see? God, stop spreading useless shit that you know ,yourself, are not true. Stop being so thirsty for an "otp moment" or stop craving to ruin Taekai's friendship so much that you're willing to stoop so low and hurt the image of their friendship in the process.
