“Winter woods? No but it sounds great!” Saga rattled off clearly eager to hurry the topic. She bounced a bit in her seat and held her hands together right under her face, “Yes!” she squealed with delight.

"It is, if you like the cold. Snows all the time! Oh, there is another part called Pixie Hollow. Winter fairies can only go there when they have their wings frozen over." For protection, but Parrie struggled to accept that when he first went over. "Alright." Pausing, Parrie extended his hands forward, pulling them up so that they dangled in the air. Instantly a small trickle of snow started to fall. "How's that?"

“aahhh, I guess…..” Saga continued to muse. “Neverland? Is that where you’re from?” She asked with childlike wonder. As the blonde man continued to speak Saga’s green eyes locked onto him, “You can make snow?” she asked with baited breath.

“I promise,” Celine smiled softly, “And I always keep my promises.” She continued to pet the dog so the blonde could see that it was okay to move closer if he wanted. “This small thing isn’t mean. Her name is Scout! Not very girlish, I know. Maybe we can think of something better for her?”

Parrie moved closer, getting more adjusted to the fact that the dog would not hurt him. “Scout? She doesn’t look like a Scout to me! Oh we should, what do you think she wants to be called?” He asked as he lowered to his knees, his hand extending out to touch the dog. “Do I just pet her?”

“So its flavored ice? Oh maybe they have some here!?” Saga excitedly asked shooting a glace at the kitchen. “My dad has an ice harvesting business back home, and I have” she paused and closed her eyes for a brief second as if catching herself “a pretty amazing connection to anything related to snow” 

“A female god? Is she like a queen? We have queens in Neverland!”

“Sort of. I think that’s a snow cone. They definitely do, any flavor you can dream of. Well as long as they are vanilla or chocolate.” But if they gone to the village, Parrie knew the selection grew. “Ice harvesting business? That’s weird. So you harvest ice? Doesn’t that melt?” Then again Parrie shouldn’t talk about ice and snow. “I kind of am like that. Except I don’t harvest ice, I make it. I’m a fairy, if you can believe it or not.”

“Pack a picnic and sit by the lake? Sounds like a cute date. I am in. What food would we pack?” There wasn’t a lot Graham knew about picnics, but he always assumed it would involve sandwiches. “What is wrong with mushrooms! I love mushrooms, excuse you. They are absolutely amazing. I want mushrooms on the pizza, you need to try it.” He stated before they got to the village. “Where is the place?”

“A date? I don’t know if I meant it like that. I mean I don’t think. Nevermind.” He muttered, slightly flustered that someone would bring that word up. “Mushrooms are absolutely horrible. Look at them! How can you think that they are good? They have big heads and a small body. You are not getting that on my pizza.” Parrie wouldn’t stand for it. As they reached the village, Parrie tugged Graham’s arm over to the restaurant. “Table for two please...You are going to love pizza. Oh you need to try ice cream too. Hm, what else should I make you try?”

“Only just learned? Well congrats. I bet you are great. We can race sometime, if you like. Whenever you are free.” He said, smiling. “I never heard of it before, but I will believe you. Hm. Sausage sounds good. What about, what about mushrooms? Can you get that on a pizza…would that taste good?”

“Thanks! I know I am great. Kidding, kind of. We can race and oh! We can pack a picnic and sit by the lake. Have you seen the lake?” Parrie asked, it was one of his favorite spots. “You want mushrooms on a pizza? I guess that would be good, but I never had it before. You like mushrooms? I always thought those things were bad for you.”

“I’m named after the goddess of poetry and history” Saga explained. “It’s an Ah-mere-e-can eating challenge?”

“Is ice cream like frozen water ice? Because I’m very familiar with that type of ice”

“Goddess of poetry and history? That is cool. What is a goddess?” He asked, never learning that before. “Close enough! It’s less of a challenge and more just pure fun.”

“Well I don’t know what ice cream is, but it sounds like that. It’s cold and there probably is water in it. They have flavors though, like chocolate and vanilla. Or strawberries and stuff. What ice stuff are you used to?”

“Oh, no! She wouldn’t ever.” Celine leaned down to pet the dog and stood once she’d calmed him down. “You can come out,” she coaxed, “She won’t eat you, or bite you. She’s sweet. If it helps, she’s much smaller than you.” 

“Are you sure?” He questioned again before emerging from behind the bush. “She is smaller, but small things can be mean.” Getting more comfortable, Parrie inched closer to the dog. “What’s her name?”

Saga put the pizza burger down on it’s plate, “I’m Saga” the blonde greeted as she took the much needed napkin from Parrie. “Yeah! I’ve never had anything like it! I think I took too big of a bite” she said with a laugh as she wiped her face

“Saga, that’s a cool name! Does it have a meaning?” He asked, having never heard of it before. “What! Nah. That’s how you are supposed to eat it. You need to shove as much as you can in your mouth. That’s the point! Apparently, it’s very American...Have you had ice cream?”

“Alright! Jumping in!” She said before awkwardly stretching her fingers out to their full capacity and gripping the monster of a culinary dish. 

Once held up to her face she simultaneously bit in and shut her green eyes tight. Only opening them after she had torn her piece from the beast. She sat chewing for at least a minute and was too focused to mind the cheese and other residue around her mouth.

Sitting back, Parrie watched as she indulged herself in the dish. It was different and he knew she’d enjoy it, most had. “I am Parrie by the way. Parrie Frost.” He said as he reached around and handed her a napkin. “You should see your face! What do you think, do you like it?”

Saga raised both her hands parallel to her chest as if about to dig in, but then just froze in that position. “Do I just…grab it and take a bite?” Saga questioned looking at the food in front of her.

Leaning forward, Parrie nodded his head. “Just jump right in. Wrap your fingers around each side and take the leap. Be careful with your clothes though, it might drip out.”

“I’m not sure” Saga mused aloud, not exactly sure what me meant by ‘greasy food’. “ I don’t think we have brr-gers or pee-zah back home. But I do know I don’t mind getting my hands dirty”  

Parrie chuckled at her second attempt. “I’m not going to correct you, it’s cute the way you pronounce it. Here...” he trailed off, moving over to the nearest table. Sitting down, Parrie pushed the plate towards her. “Give me your honest opinion. Go ahead, I am excited. You are going to love it!”

“I’m not sure what you mean by fattest thing I could eat, but with such a name it must be good”

“Well, it’s kind of like that. Just think of it like a burger. I am not sure what is short for pizza but think of dish like a burger with tomato sauce and cheese on it.”

“It’s greasy and it will sit in your stomach for the rest of the evening. What’s the greasiest thing you’ve eaten? Mine is pizza, but hamburgers are good too. Here, wanna sit down first? And I hope you don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty.”
