It had been days since Lydia had shown up for work, or Bethany had attended school. Things had been rough for the Wade sisters as of late and Lydia had been keeping them home a lot more than usual. The older had been receiving unsettling letters in the mail, but hadn’t been telling many people about them. Only her girlfriend and a few select coworkers at the diner knew much about what was going on.
It was late one night when a neighbor reported loud sounds coming from the girl’s apartment, did anyone get involved. It was assumed to be a routine noise complaint, but when the police arrived they found a completely different scene. Quickly the yellow police tape was strung up and red and blue lights flashed bright in front of the building.
